Really great shop, the employees are very knowledgable and friendly. The only issue, when ordering a shoe from the shop, I was told (with confidence) shoe would arrive in no more than a week. However, after a week had passed and I called, they had no idea on when shoe would arrive (a much different tone than when I was purchasing shoe). Somewhat frustrating. So take a note if you are ordering shoe, otherwise very positive experience.

Though they have a nice (albeit small) collection of clothing, what sets this place apart is the events they do and the customer service. Between pub runs and race training opportunities, this is a store that truly wants to help their customers become better runners and offers them a lot of opportunities to do so.

Great service! First time here and came in looking for a specific shoe. They had something better for me. Friendly staff that did not over sell us. Staff is well educated. This store carries quality brands of shoes and clothes. We will be back. Thanks Fleet Feet!

The employees barely notice that we are here, right now in the store. It really isn’t busy at all and we have been waiting 20 plus minutes and no one has said a word to me and my wife. Very disappointing for someone who moved from Westchester and enjoying Westchester Road Runner for years. I was looking forward to the experience, now I look forward to making the hike to Westchester Road Runner. I doubt that I could recommend this business. We are headed to White Plains to give them the money that I definitely would have given this business. I had already picked the shoes that I was going to purchase. Tusk tisk…

I visited Fleet Feet today on recommendation from my trainer. Christina was awesome. She was really patient and fitted me for a great shoe (I left my brand loyalties at the door), which included the right insert to help with my plantar fasciitis. Excellent service from experienced runners. A loyal customer has been born!

I didn’t think I’d ever find another running shop quite like Super Runners Shop in NYC, and then I found Fleet Feet. I wandered in one Sunday afternoon with my dog and my husband, and 30 minutes later, I walked out with incredibly happy feet.
The shop is small and specialized, but the staff really know their craft. My feet were measured backwards and forwards, and the salesman watching me walk and run. He recommended a few different models, and then encouraged me to take the shoes for a spin out in the parking lot behind the store!
I could have been in and out in 5 minutes, but the staff truly showed that they cared about my comfort, and never made me feel rushed or like I was lacking knowledge. They were patient, well-​versed in running talk, and ultimately even recommended a pair of sneaks that were on sale for $ 85 (I was looking at other pairs that were over $ 120!).
The big bonus with Fleet Feet is that they will offer you a calendar of events as you check out, most of which are free! They have yoga in store, and they do group training and pub runs on various days. Everyone is welcome, and, although I have yet to attend, I really appreciate the enthusiasm and inclusive nature of the FF crew!

Couldn’t say better things about Fleet Feet in Stamford. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and give people a reason to want to be active!
Not only do they have almost-​daily activities for runners (pub runs, yoga for runners) but they helped me love running again by fitting me with insoles and new sneakers. I’m no longer in pain (have tendonitis in both feet) and I want to be active! Thank you Fleet Feet.

Such a great staff that really knows what customer service is all about. They are the most helpful staff that make you feel at home. They all are super knowledgeable about the equipment they are trying to sell. And they dont make you feel like they are trying to sell it. Troy, Trevor, Chloe, and Karen are all so helpful. I have gone in there a few times and its always like everyone has known me for years. They provide great service and information on the store level and also get the community involved with outside events they are a part of. Easily one of the best experiences I have ever had in shopping!!! Checkout the wednesday night pub run, always a great time!!! Park in the rear lot and they will validate!

Gone here many times for their Wednesday night pub runs. They have a really big crowd. They provide water after the runs and let everyone hang out and stretch in the store. They have massaging tools free for everyone to use. You can keep bags/​keys there while you run and even when you go to the pub (assuming you come back for them before they close). The owner accompanies the group out for extra runs for those who want more miles and also will join the group at a local pub for a beer after. The store and staff are very runner friendly. It feels more like a group of friends than a business.

They took a lot of time measuring my feet and watching me walk. They encouraged me to take as much time as I needed running in the shoes. Got a nice sale price. The staff is great and the owners are very engaged.
