My husband and I stopped in yesterday with our toddler. We were immediately greeted and then directed to Scott. He took so much time to help us and was very patient with all our questions regarding my daughter’s feet. :) I will definitely return. I highly recommend Hawley Lane Shoes.

I had a great experience at this store yesterday buying shoes for my 11 month old. I was helped right away when I walked in, and the sales lady spent a LOT of time with us making sure my son was measured correctly and we tried on seriously all of the shoes they had in stock in his size. They did not have a ton in stock for size 3 – 4, but they had a number of options that worked well(couple Robeez, one PediPed, couple Stride Rite options). I left very happy and not one tear was shed by my baby during the entire process!

My terrible experiences at Hawley Lane Shoes in Stamford: 1) I walked in and said«Hi. My husband needs business casual shoes that are comfortable to walk in. What do you recommend?» Saleswoman(with missing teeth) says, «Men’s shoes are over there. When you find what you want, come get me.» 2) I walked in and saw the same saleswoman(with missing teeth, so I’m sure it was her), «Hello, my doctor has told me to look for some shoes with very good arch support that will help my pain. What can you recommend with good arch support?» She replied, an exact quote here, «All the shoes here are good. Look and get what you want.» Then she WAVEDMEOFF with her hand. Like shoo, go away, go look. They do carry rare and hard to find brands at Hawley Lane. Hopefully you get one of the more knowledgable and helpful employees.

Got here near closing on Mother’s Day. Got really helpful service for me and my son. Not rushed and very honest. Paula was very generous and patient with me and my 4-year old. Thanks!
