Horrible. I was there when they opened to get blood drawn before work and 2 other people were already waiting. The lights were barely on and the receptionist was no where to be found. The receptionist called people one at a time and was so slow!!! Unprofessional and slow service. I would not go back!

Prompt and skillful service, but terrible to reach on phone if you ever need help with results. I got stuck in a phone loop. 877 number all automated and not site specific. Web site says call site directly but doesnt list the phone numbers. When I look it up I’m back to a national number. Frustrating.

Horrible. Got here early to get blood draw before work. Receptor only checks in people one at a time as they finish drawing blood. We all sit and wait. Slow. Slow. Slow. Late for work. Nothing to read. Dirty walls. Receptionist talking about how she’s not focused has cramps. Yuck.

The waiting room is kind of drab and the building it is located in is nothing special. Been there twice for routine blood draws and the Phlebotomists are very friendly and everything went pain free. The receptionist/intake person seems to have an attitude and was the only unpleasant part of an otherwise good experience. Make an appointment online if you can and you’ll be in/out faster.
