Tried out the new mobile ordering system. When I showed up the delivery window was blocked by a car with guys standing at the window talking to their friend working there, that’s probably why he ignored me when I tried speaking to him through the drive thru speaker. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to move away from the window… they didn’t even get any food. I then asked for my order and they hadn’t even started it yet, as everyone inside was messing around, slacking off and joking how they didn’t start the order. Long story short, never go here.

The service was terrible. The drive-​thru line was around the corner, so I decided to go inside because there weren’t many people there. Inside was just as bad. The cashier (Iris on the receipt) did not greet the customers or say thank you and she kept coughing without covering her mouth. Then I had to be the one to ask for my cup, and she asked to check my receipt after I literally just ordered two minutes ago. Yea, I’m wearing a Gucci bag and I lie about paying for a medium drink. The orders were coming out in random order. Since when does 218 come after 220? Expect to be waiting over ten minutes for your order too. Save yourself the horrible experience and go somewhere else!

I love Taco Bell. I wish I loved this location, as it’s very near where I live. I have given them so many chances over the years. The problems are many: they get the order wrong more times than not. They have given me the wrong change on several occasions, and it always creates a huge ordeal. MOST of the time, the soda has no syrup in it, and you get a cup of seltzer water. They nearly always forget to give you utensils for things that require them. They ask you if you want sauce, you tell them what you want, and then you open your bag to find NONE! The food is as good as any other Taco Bell, but this store location is poorly managed and the workers are incompetent.

Keep in mind that this is fast food… but I find the quality pretty good at this outlet… you have to be careful about who’s making the tacos, of course, since some preparers are a bit skimpy with the ingredients. The service is fast and friendly… and the Grande meal is enough to fill 2 for less than $ 10. It’s perfect for a late night fill up!

Terrible service. I placed my order and had a suspicion that something got double counted. I told the order taker, who I think was he manager, the total number of items I was expecting. He confirmed only for me to find out he did double count an item when I checked the receipt. I waited 5 minutes for him to refund me and another 20 minutes to get my food. Mind you, there was no one else In the restaurant and 5 people behind the counter. Not sure how you can be that slow with that few customers and so many staff. Hopefully they got my order right.

Don’t normally review fast food places since I usually get rude customer service and food is usually what you expect. But, this taco bell actually exceeded my expectations! I dropped by here for lunch on a weekday and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the place. But what got me sold was that the staff was also very nice when I was ordering. They actually smiled at me! Most places the staff all look like they want to shoot me in the head when I talk to them.

Haters gonna hate, but Taco Bell isn’t just for late night. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it’s all perfect and this location is top-​notch. Friendly, quick, service and great food.

This is honestly the best taco bell I have ever been to. The cheesy gordita crunch with beans instead of beef is fantastic. It is a cut above all other taco bells. When I am on road trips I go out of my way to stop here.
