I typically never write negative reviews, but my experience with Stanford Symphony Orchestra was so poor that I want to warn others of it. They are unresponsive, and after providing a commitment for an important event, completely fail to deliver. My fiancée and I are getting married and contacted Virginia Wang(supposedly a musician and the main contact for organizing the service) well in advance. Initially, we received timely responses, but after the first two weeks of emails, the communication began to quickly fall off. We tried to call, but Virginia would never pick up the phone and replied only by email, making the experience extremely frustrating. After finally, getting a commitment by email, we never heard back and with only a couple weeks until our wedding, we had to desperately find a backup option. This poor level of service and professionalism might be representative of the group or Virginia individually, but if you are planning a major event(such as a wedding!), I’d recommend to find another service.
