Advantage Homes

i purchased a home from this manufacture of champion and can’t get any response from the manufacture. i have a 2011 champion and the floor in the master room is coming up when it was put together the installer did nothing i only found this out 4 years later when i went in to put new carpet. all i get is your home is only covered for a year and no help for the floor. now i ask how is it fair that i have a 4 year old manufactured home and the floor is coming up? and i can’t even get the manufacture to contact me

My family and i were driving down Beach blvd and we noticed Advantage homes and thought they looked nice, and we’ve been talking about looking into one so we stopped by to check them out. The gate was halfway open when we pulled up thinking it was still open. We saw a car in the parking lot thinking someone was there. We checked out a couple of the manufactured homes but they were locked. So we went into the office to get some literature on one and what it would cost. When we entered the door it beeped to signify someone was there and we didn’t see anyone. I was about to grab a card until a large white man came into the the room we were in, I guess we startled him, and I chuckled a little because I didn’t mean to scare him. He got an attitude after that and kind of got in my face and saying «that’s not fucking funny» in front of my wife and daughter being very disrespectful. And I believe he was sleeping in the back room cause he looked like he just woke up. I told him he does not need to curse in front of my family and we left.
