Instorage – Stanton

I decided to use in storage after meeting with Jacob (I believe that was his name). He was super helpful and really nice (2 stars are for you!) I wasn’t sure which size unit I wanted, but assured him I would call him by the end of the week to confirm. He said this was okay and allowed me to «reserve» the rental truck even though I hadn’t yet reserved the actual unit. I even offered to put down the $ 100 deposit on the spot to ensure I would be able to use the truck on the day I needed.
Fast forward to the end of the week, I called to officially reserve my unit. The guy who answered (I couldn’t understand him or his name) was incredibly rude. He told me I couldn’t reserve over the phone and that I would have to come in person. He also said I couldn’t reserve the truck unless I officially had a unit. I told him I wasn’t able to get there that day and he responded by saying «ok, but someone else can get the truck on the day you want it is you don’t come in person» I can understand this from a business standpoint, but I was told by Jacob that it would be okay. He then told me «well I don’t know you– I’ve never seen you.» I don’t know what «seeing me» has to do with anything, but the way he said it was totally rude.
I took my business to US storage.

Found this storage online and was pleasantly surprised when we visited. The facility was clean and the gentleman that helped us find an appropriate sized storage unit was informative and very accommodating We’ve moved our items into a unit and are recommending this facility to our friends..

I must have called 5 – 7 different places and Mike was the nicest and most informative of all. The prices are very reasonable and i am confident the Impala will be safe there.
