If you like bread sandwiches this is your place. You’ll find more meat in vending machine sandwiches.

Everything we ordered was not good whatsoever. I ordered tortilla soup, which was very bland and tasted straight out of a can. My fiancé ordered«the big nasty» which, actually WAS very very nasty. It tasted like canned meat in gravy over a tough piece of bread. :(

excellent choice for a quick lunch or dinner. Pretty basic with their menu. Sandwiches, spuds, soups, etc. If you are really wondering about any other items they have, If you look to the far far right of their wall menu, there is a «hidden menu» that seems to have some tasty items. Not to mention that they have some of the best sweet tea in the south! Only downside is that they do not have any military or elderly discount. Oh well.

Forget the chain deli. Do a local! This place has great food AND service ! When is the last time someone came to your table at Sub Way and asked if you wanted a refill ??

It’s no Panera, but McAlister’s is a nice solid lunch place if you’re looking for the standard sandwich, soup, or salad. I’ve been unimpressed by some items(chili) but the chicken tortilla soup is excellent.
