I’ve always shopped there, but a recent experience is what drives me to write this. I bought a PSU sweatshirt there; it was a little pricey but I loved it. Threw away the tags and receipt, but after one wash, the letters started falling off! Jansport, the manufacturer, advertises the item as embroidered, but they are clearly ironed on. Without any proof of receipt, I called Family Clothesline and explained the situation. They had me send a photo of the defective item, then overnighted me a replacement plus a label to send back the defective one. A+++ for customer service! Few companies stand behind what they sell like this, and I was so happy they handled it this way. The best!

Love shopping here! They always have the latest PSU fashions and my fiancé and I got customized Penn State football jerseys this weekend for engagement pictures and couldn’t be happier. Great deals and good prices keep me coming back year after year!

Family Clotheslines offers the best deals if you’re looking to get the cheapest Penn State apparel in State College. They always have specials and clearance items on t-shirts and jerseys. They have a nice selection of merchandise as well. You can typically get a t-shirt with a good design for under $ 10. Service has always been decent and I’ve got quite a number of items from this place.

Not a bad spot to stock up on some Penn State gear. The Family Clothesline is probably the biggest college apparel shop in State College, so you can imagine that they have quite a selection. As far as quality goes, it really depends on what you get and how much you spend. Go with your top notch gear like Under Armour and Nike, you are guaranteed quality. From hoodies, to tshirts, to shorts, they carry the whole line. Some of the embroidered hoodies are actually sweet. So sweet that I picked up two. If your pockets aren’t quite as deep, then you can go with the misc brands that they carry. The t-shirts are screen printed and run under $ 10, and you can easily find a hoody around $ 20. Just don’t expect too much from the quality, but then again, you get what you pay for. On top of apparel, they also carry some misc goods. You can snag some goodies for your pets, or even your golf clubs. Tons of variety here. Varying quality depending on how much you want to spend, but c’mon. You have to shell out a little more to get the best.

This was and still is the place to go for Penn State gear. Best selection, best prices, huge open store so you don’t feel cramped(except, of course, on a Saturday with a home game). I do remember them being a little cheaper when I was a student, but still not bad.

Huge selection of Penn State clothes — sweatshirts, pants, hats, socks, all sizes and colors. Lots of items for specific sports or activities. Kid’s clothes too. Prices are some of the best in the area and they always have some gear on sale.
