Arirang Hibachi Steakhouse

Love the sushi there it’s so fresh the only thing that I didn’t like was the fact we had to wait about an hour an half for a hibachi table and we had reservations but we still had to wait

A fun place to eat. The food is delicious and the chefs are funny. It’s a very clean place and we always look forward to dinning there.

I’ve invited our friends for dinner that traveled from another country and to say that it was simply embarrassing and disappointing to invite ppl to a place that has bellow par service and food would be an understatement !

It was finally renovated after years of much needed update!

Service was terrible!
Drinks that we ordered including mineral water and beer were just brought to us with out glasses and it took another 25 minutes to bring glasses …
The chef was overworked and not entertainingf at all .he didn’t preform the usual routine expected from a hibachi restaurant chef and instead did 2 «tricks «with rice and called it a day!
The birthday part where everyone sings and takes a picture was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen… I was just embarrassed that I took ppl to this place…
After a below par and messy service we were ready to move on to a desert But it took over 25 minutes to clean the table and another 20 to bring desert !!!
Clearly the expansion of this facility was not properly executed staff wise… all the waiters were frustrated running from table to table forgetting stuff and nearly breathing, it was just a night mare for me all around! And I ended up being subjected to a mandatory 15% for a terrible job!

First of all, let me say that I’m one of those people who would never normally go to a place like this on my own. But I went there with family, and found that it was more fun than I thought it would be. The staff was attentive, the chef gave a nice performance, and the food was well-​prepared, albeit a little heavy on the salt. I still wouldn’t go here on my own, but if you want to take someone to a table cooking restaurant, you won’t be wrong going to this one.

Good stuff and very entertaining. You will come out stuffed and feeling full. Great for kids and entertaining for adults.

The fried rice is always delicious whether it be cooked in front of you or take out. If you come here often don’t expect a new show every time, but the chefs always work hard to get a laugh. Sometimes you see different jokes depending on if children are seated at your table. Not bad price for the amount of food offered.

I’ve been coming here for years and never really had an issue I typically order hibachi and it’s always on point but I went this past Friday and was so disappointed. It must’ve been a while since I’ve been there because there is a beautiful new lower level of all updated tables décor and bar. Sadly the money they invested in all that took away probably from the food nugget because it was plain and not Instagram worthy. We started with drinks I ordered the arrirangria their take on sangria which was watered down juice and liquors then we ordered dinner changed it up with chicken yaki soba with teriyaki basically was presented with a chicken cutlet on top of a bead of noodles no presentation whatsoever. My bf ordered hibachi which looked how it typically does but added steamed broccoli and was charged 4.00!!! it costs less to but a frozen bag and did it yourself. unimpressed with the first drink I tried a Asian pear martini which rated none of how it was described just lychee juice and vodka. My highlight as always is green tea ice cream which is always good but we were charged for it when it came with my meal. It’s been a while since I’ve been there probably won’t be going back for a while sadly because it’s typically good.

Family favorite. Food is tasty, dining is entertaining and accommodating. The downsides, you’ll certainly wait for a table and the «act» is always the same so the kids have come to expect it. We still do and will go often as it’s delicious and fun, just wish the show changed with the remodel of the décor.

Let me start by saying I absolutely LOVE this restaurant! The service is excellent, the food is excellent and the hibachi show is always entertaining no matter how many times you see it. The establishment is always clean and presentable.
As someone that suffers from severe seafood allergies I often have to forego Asian restaurants which saddens me greatly. However with this restaurant I don’t have to fear, they are very understanding and always accommodate me. From giving me a separate table to cooking my food before any seafood so that I might enjoy my food epinephrine free. I am even sensitive to the smell of seafood and I have yet to have a reaction even when it’s cooked next to me, this speaks volumes about their freshness.
Their prices are kind of on the high side as two people eating the hibachi meals can cost upwards of $ 60+ but the amount and quality of food you receive outweighs that monetary hiccup. The taste and quality of their food is five star and worth every dollar spent. On a down note the wait times to get seated can be long at times but even that speaks to the quality of service you receive its just that popular. My only qualm with this establishment is a severe lack of parking… However the food is so good I don’t mind walking a block or two for my car.

I love this place. Food is good and entertaining. They give you a large amount. Prices are fair. They just need a new show when preparing. It’s the same one for years and I really don’t like sitting with other people.

I’m not sure what happened to this place, but I remembered why I haven’t been to it since a year or two ago.
I used to love this place. As a kid I’d go with the family a couple of times a year. That was 15−20+ years ago. Last time I went, the service was horrible & we waited almost an hour for our food to come out. All the time, we were upstairs at tables, not the Hibachi tables downstairs.
This time (tonight), it was much of the same except the place has been remodeled downstairs on the left side behind the hosting desk, with some oddly shaped booths, & pub height tables along the entire floor. They could use standard height seating. We were put at a pub table, which have no room when your food comes. Keep in mind we’re 3 grown men. As for the «host», not sure what his problem was but he was a snoody prick.
It seemed like the place was under new (er) ownership and it was horrible.
Weak drinks, no water glasses on table or even offered to us. After our first round of drinks, it took the waitress 15 minutes to ask if we wanted another and there was almost nobody there since we ate at 6:30pm. When we left the parking lot & waiting areas were full of people.
On to the food, they give you the same soup & salad with shitty dressing as always. Wheh we got our entrees, mine was lukewarm if not cold. Dad’s & brother’s entrees were ok they said but could be warmer. We didn’t even want dessert we just left after we ate.
This place has gone down the tubes. Definitely won’t be going back after 2 straight disappointments.
And by the way, it’s always everyone’s birthday in the hibachi table area. Bonsai!

My family’s favorite place!!! Loud!!! But that’s what’s expected. Sushi is my favorite very accommodating staff. One downfall there’s always a wait!!!

Family took me to Ari rang (my fave!) today for mothers day and I have nothing but rave reviews! I was a tad nervous that service would be a little slow given the holiday, but no complaints here!
We sat in the dining area so we would be able to chat (we’ve seen the hibachi show a dozen times already!) and truly enjoyed it. I got the shrimp hibachi dinner (*would recommend*)!
Our server, Jessica, was such a sweetheart. Thoughtful and didn’t miss a beat! Service like that definitely adds to the experience.
We finished with some green tea ice cream and went home stuffed. Can’t wait to go back. 5 stars!!!

Their sushi bar is excellent. Their sushi chefs are the nicest. I love the text for waiting time and table ready options. My only complaint is that the hibachi weight staff is unfamiliar with the bar and sushi area.

Arirang is a fun atmosphere and definitely great for groups. They recently renovated and there is a large bar downstairs. The Zombie drink definitely has the right name– super strong and you won’t need more than 2. The hibachi is interactive and both kids and adults enjoy the chefs entertainment while cooking. I like to order the steak and scallops. Food is always delicious!

Always a fun time here. Came for a friends birthday and the chef put on a great show for us. The food seems like it’s never ending and my steak was cooked perfectly. Would also recommends the fried ice cream for dessert!

Came here for regular dinner. We started with a hot and sour soup and miso soup. The hot and sour soup was so hot that it was inedible, and the miso soup was salty and just didnt taste right. From the sushi menu, we had the angel kiss roll which was good and spicy tuna roll which was ok. For our main meal we ordered a crab cake which was really gross and rock shrimp which were just ok. Our server was very friendly and the manager came by to greet us and say hello. There was a woman singing in the main dining area which was nice. I used to come here all the time when I worked near by and the food used to be way better.

the food is good and sometimes you want a little show w/​dinner.

The food is consistently good but tonight I was very disappointed with the service. The waiter got my order wrong, and was argumentative when I explained the error. He then did bring out the correct item, to his credit. On top of this, none of the dirty dishes were removed the whole time. Everything was left on the table piled up. The ice cream came out after a long delay, and was melted. Thanks for the melted ice cream on top of all the used plates. I won’t be back if this is how the waiters are trained. We are upstairs in private dining, maybe that was a bad idea.
Edit– I was able to talk with the manager on my way out, Margie. She was very nice and gave us a $ 25.00 credit for future visits.

Arirang is our favorite! We always come for birthdays and other special occasions! We love Hibachi.
Arirang has great food and service. We always have a lot of fun. The cooks are very entertaining. The also have an upstairs sushi bar if you like. Very accommodating for large groups. Try it out for your next party!
