I haven’t had a haircut in a salon for 10+ years, I’ve been cutting it on my own. I finally decided to go for it, and originally chose this salon because of it’s cute and creative decorations.
I walked in expecting to use a groupon, but was informed that it’s not valid on master stylists. I was perfectly fine paying the full price — maybe 16 dollars more than I expected to, to get an experienced hair stylist.
Josephine was sweet, fun, and clearly passionate about what she was doing. I gave her the reins and I don’t regret it at all. I have a fun, completely new healthy hairstyle.
I went on a Thursday evening. No wait at all. And the delicious coffee was a plus!

I looked better when I walked in than I did when I walked out. Hair cut was like a 2 year old cut my hair, and the blow out was even wolrse.

My experience here is fantastic. I love my new hair color. Daniele really took the time to make sure I will get what I want, from hair color to the cut and the blowout. Everyone is super friendly and fun. The atmosphere is welcoming and I love the music that was playing.
I got a Groupon for the service. Extra was charged for toning my hair for the red highlight. But it was worth it. Thanks!!!

Susana a is amazing! She listens and does the exact haircut you want. The place is very nice! I never thought there would be such a nice hair place in this shopping center. They are great! My mom just got a cut and I will be back for mine as well! Thank you Susana!

I had a few haircuts and touch-​ups with a Maria that is no longer with the salon.
Needless to say, she mad a mess out of my color and left me with a very uneven haircut.
I still use the salon’s services but am now with the best stylist who’s name is also Maria. She corrected both color and haircut.

3.5 stars The location is convenient and the staff isn’t stuck up. I frequently book a same day blow out and they are more than happy to accommodate me. A blow out will run you about $ 45 but I come here because I really like Amanda’s cuts and blow outs.

Ugh, this salon is like going to Jerseylicious the Staten Island version! It has everything I hate about a salon… hair dressers who are just chatty cathys and talk talk talk talk talk to each other, yapping away the whole time you are in the chair. Its supposed to be relaxing. I don’t want to hear about your boyfriend!!! Or the club you went to last night.
My stylist also reeked of cigarettes which was GROSS! They should not be allowed to smoke while working.
Very pricey. They charged me almost $ 50 for an up-​do on my 5 year old. Not even a wash or blow out included in that.
It is tight in there, not much room. They think they are a high end salon. Aside from the prices there is nothing classy or high end about this place.

The Customer is never right here !! The owner backed up the rude worker.
I walked in with half a head of streaks and the roots were brown, I made the appointment in advance for my streaks to be redone, somehow the girl did not obviously understand what I wanted even though it was self explanatory that i wanted my streaks redone
instead, she redyed my roots only a darker brown and left my streaks at the middle of my head, she shampooed the dye out and then was ready to say I’m all the done !! I said wait I didnt want you to dye my roots brown, they were already brown I wanted you to redye my blonde streaks.
She starts arguing with me (Her name is Maria) and says you asked for a touch up I said yea a touch UP of my blonde streaks, she said ooo well thats not what I thought touch up means your roots, I said why would I want you to color my roots brown when they are already brown and leave half my head with like 3 – 4 inch regrowth not covered? … she stuttered. then said well regardless it will be another $ 85.00 for the streaks now. I walked out called the next day asked to speak to the owner.
The owner might as well as called me dumb that I didnt ask for the right thing when I clearly said I need a touch up of my blonde streaks and the owner proceeded to tell me, well thats too bad ! I asked for the wrong thing ! touch up means roots not blonde streaks. I said to her as well Why Why ?? would I want to dye already brown roots brown and leave blonde streaks only from the middle of my head to the ends?
She told me it doesnt matter you asked for the wrong thing now you have to pay again for the blonde streaks and next time know what to ask for …
