We ordered furniture for our son’s room back in Nov 2014, it was received in early January. After it was delivered we saw several cracks in the wood and immediately called. We spoke to Mitch who said it was no issue to be replaced. Thru the months we called constantly. About a month ago, Mitch finally came thru and fixed all the pieces except the night stand. He said he would give us a new night stand in 2 weeks. It has been radio silence since then. It’s over 7 months now and so sad that a company can provide damaged furniture after we paid good money for it. If I could give zero stars, I would.
