I come in from Manhattan to get his haircut.
He has been styling and cutting for 35+ years I believe.
He is patient, comfortable to talk to and professional (importantly in the sense of a professional haircut). My past few hair salons have been great to go to because they are friendly BUT that doesn’t mean I ended up with a good trim or nice shape.
The haircuts here are detailed and I’ve been satisfied. Good luck :)

Carlo is the best! Ever since I started going to him he has always not only given me a great cut but has always accommodated me when I can’t make it during his normal hours.
Carlo is one of the best barber/hair stylists I’ve ever been to which is why I keep going back. Very reliable and always a pleasure to talk to.
Also, Rebecca gives great shampoos!

After having a sour encounter with one of the other hair salons on the island, I called Carlo Hair Salon in a panic.
Carlo not only let me make an appointment for that day, but, canceled a few of his later clients so he could attend to me.
I recieved the Keratin treatment, which is an involved process which takes a few hours.
Carlo was incredibly sweet (at one point even getting me a diet coke), and attentive.
His assistant Rebecca was also an incredible sweetie, making sure I was ok, and giving me magazines to read, as well as keeping me company.
The end result was gorgeous!!! Shiny, healthy, hair.
They know what they’re doing here, and have incredible customer service to go with it.
