This place is THE WORST. I went a few times because of convenience but they are the rudest people I’ve ever come across. Their prices are constantly changing as well. If you attempt to address an issue, they fast talk you until you get so frustrated and leave. They totally just screwed up my friends hair and my nails and when I addressed the issue, they were extremely rude and wouldn’t help me. I asked for the boss. They claimed she wasn’t there. I called the following day and I started off very nicely explaining to the woman I was unhappy and she called me a crazy person and hung up on me. I was extremely nice, never raising my voice once or using foul language. I’m tired of their disrespect. It was convenient for me but it’s totally not worth it when you ask for layers and they say yes but don’t do it, when they screw your hair and nails up and don’t fix it and when they are the rudest people I’ve ever come across. Never going back there. Ever. Ever. Ever.

Awesome place to do coloring blowouts and hairstyles. Highly recommended. Everyone works hard to please you. Been going there a long time.
