I order from this place at least 4 times a week. Its the best tasting Chinese food on the south side mostly because it’s blasting with flavor and consistently excellent every time I order. They’re also crazy fast I had my order in less then 20 mins. Trust me its money well spent :)

Chef Hongs is sooo much better now. Think new owners. Ordered from them for years. Can’t believe how much better and fresh the food is now.

Chef Hong’s has some great Chinese food. The south shore has so many Italian places that its good to know when you want to mix it up Chef Hong’s give you that opportunity. I will usually order from the lunch menu as its the best prices for quantity as the dinner menu is a little pricey but everything on Staten Islands South Shore is. It’s very hard to give more then four stars when it’s more set up as order and takeout. Can only seat possibly 8 patrons at one time. Chef Hong’s has my vote for an excellent Meal.
