I am from the west coast and needed to send flowers for a funeral service in NYC. Clarks did a great job!!. I even messed up and had to switch the order after I ran the credit card and they called and emailed me right away and took care of everything. Competitive pricing too and free delivery to the funeral home. They made it easy on me during a time crunch.
I was very impressed with the customer service and totally recommend Clark’s. Support these guys, they are fantastic!

Make your floral visions come to fruition At Clarks house of Flowers. With the invitation in hand we imagined this beautiful assortment of flowers & container! I always get my flowers from Clarks directly. You can not go wrong with them! Stephanie is so nice and helpful. I needed a last minute corsage for my little girl for her father/​daughter dance and even though it was a small item, Stephanie went above and beyond helping me. The corsage was gorgeous and can not wait to show it to her! Support your local business!

Clarks House of Flowers is amazing! They created stunning centerpieces and bouquets for our wedding this April. Not only was Clarks the only florist who listened to me and the style I was trying to accomplish but they were also priced the best. $ 10,000 for flowers– no thanks. They were truly a pleasure to work with up until the day of when they executed everything to perfection!

This morning i goggled a florist for a special delivery needed for today. Called Clark’s and spoke to Amanda who was pleasant sweet and very easygoing. I explained my situation that i need flowers delivered for my fiancée before 1: pm and explained why and Amanda was amazing. The flowers were delivered by 1030 am and my fiancée called and was overwhelmed. She used the words STUNNING. I have found a new florist to use and again thank you so much for being so professional.

I ordered an 80 $ bouquet of flowers for my moms birthday thinking it would be extravagant, considering the price. On the website the description said premium which I thought would mean a large bouquet of flowers in a vase. When I saw the bouquet after it was delivered, it was very small and not at all worth the price. I have gotten much larger and more beautiful flowers for only 50 $ at other places. I felt scammed. Be cautious when ordering from here.

Ordered flowers for a funeral. The sales person on the phone was very helpful and willing to accommodate my special requests. The flowers were delivered on time with a delivery notification email and they came out looking beautiful — such a nice arrangement!!! Thank you Clarks for making this transaction so easy during a difficult time and I can’t say enough how gorgeous the flowers were.

Went to get Flowers for valentines day for my wife got 1 dozen yellow roses, the next day 6 of them died I brought the flowers back and they exchanged them no questions asked and apologized to me. A successful business survives on great customer service and support and Clarks has both I will always do business with Clark’s they are people who stand behind their products and customers. I used Clarks Florist on a recommendation by my venue for my upcoming nuptials.
From my initial meeting with Debbie I have had no issues. They are helpful, accommodating and very professional.
The centerpieces were gorgeous and flawless; The flowers were fresh and delivered on time with no issues and the bridal bouquet they created for me from my husband was breathtaking.
Highly recommend debbie and her staff for any and all occasions especially weddings.

Not sure why this place gets a bad rep. I have had flowers delivered to me a few different times. Each time they were beautiful, good quality and lasted me a week to week in a half. I am now going to use them as my wedding florist. I am super excited to work with Debra. She was able to work within my budget. Spent two hours talking over everything and sketching up ideas. Very patient and kind!

These people send the lowest size arrangement even when you pay for the «premium». Today my sister ordered from ftd and I orderd from teleflora and both arrangements arrived in a Clark’s house of flowers van. My fiancé sent us pics of our orders with a thank you text and we were both shocked at the small size of arrangements. next time ill just call a reputable Staten Island florist direct.

will NEVER return here again after the attitude and the nasty looks from the MIDDLE AGED counter woman (because I asked her if she had any pictures of arrangements! HOW OUTLANDISH MY REQUEST) I will be MORE THAN GLAD to go to the little florist across the street from this place instead. I expected MORE RESPECT from a grown ass woman.
