Great instructors, tight knit, and traditional. Not only are you learning very useful techniques, but you’re also getting a good workout in.

From the moment I walked in I felt right at home! The instructors are very kind with much knowledge in these martial arts. Everyone is dedicated and there to learn. I can go on and on but I just want to say this place is hands down the best! I went to many martial arts places on the island and none can compare!

i went here for about 4 months only to come to the conclusion that the male sensei is a joke the female sensei is a good teacher and gets to know you and have conversations but the male sensei is just plain up rude wouldnt work or want to learn if they paid me. Instruction was ok thats where the 2 stars come from try to milk it out.
