Domino’s Pizza

Horrible service. Takes them forever to answer the phone and when they do pick up they’re rude. I ordered a half bacon half cheese pizza and when the delivery guy arrived it was the wrong order, I drove all the way to the store and they gave me attitude. Horrible customer service. The store itself is dirty in the inside. Never ordering from here again!

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. A bunch of IDIOTS working their that aren’t even qualified to take orders for delivery over the phone. This MORON argued with me about my order then put another MORON on the phone to argue some more then proceed to tell me the 1^st MORON put the coupon in wrong. At that point I him a serious piece of my mind and just canceled the order altogether. This wasn’t my first experience like this with them but, it is the last. Management needs to do some serious reconstruction with the employment plan they have set forth there… Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at ALL costs!!! Besides, there are much better/​authentic pizzerias on the island to order from.

So I gave dominos one more chance and they disappointed me it was terrible they just gave me a worst pizza I ever saw

Store is filthy they lead unfolded pizza boxes on the counter where customers can touch it. They say pizza is out for delivery but it really just sits on the counter and gets cold and hard. They do this so their delivery times look good to corporate. Staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. I highly recommend avoiding this store at all costs

If i can rate this Dominoe’s Pizza ‘0’ Stars i would! I called in and waited two hours for my pizza. Then i called back several times, poor customer service they hang up the phone on you rude & not reliable at all. When my pizza finally came the guy at the door right away started talking we are short staff today but the pizza is warm. 1^st off that’s not my issue due to short staff 2^nd off that a hint that the pizza was COLD. Sure enough it was cold & not even fresh! I do not recommend this place.

Terrible, I order a simple sandwich and it took them 40 mins to get out for delivery. Then the tracker stated it was delivered and they actually show up 23mins after it showed delivered on line. The delivery guy says it wasn’t him and back at the ranch they can manipulate the system to show different. Either it’s the manager on duty or the delivery guy but definitely unacceptable.

I have ordered here many times. And said to say it’s really bad service at late hours. Especially on a weekend type of time. But during normal hours like lunch time and early dinner people they won’t have a problem with deliveries. Their food is like always similar to pizzas at Pizza Hut. Or papa johns. And Cesar’s. Not my preferred type of pizza as come compared to Brooklyn style pizzas. I always go for those hand tossed slices! Their ingredients aren’t the fresh here and it’s over filled with oil!

I ordered two times from this store. First time it took them almost 2 hours to deliver 0.6 miles of distance from the store. I gave them a second chance and again it took them 1.5 hours to deliver my food. Very disappointing. I actually asked the driver what was the problem behind this delay. What he said was very strange. He said that the management was very careless and did not care, the drivers would not show up or quit in a few days and he had to take almost 7 – 8 deliveries at one time that particular day. I mean this is Dominos Pizza not some random pizza place for god’s sake. Where is the customer service and promise we expect from Dominos to deliver the pizza within 30 minutes? This is just ruining the name of the business slowly but effectively for sure.

can we give this place –2 stars. i said never again domino i mean never again, i moved to another location and somehow ended up with this dump of a delivery store. lets just say i will upload my video response to dominos and actually go their location here in SI on south ave and figure this out.
ordered at 9:08pm 2 sandwiches, driver shows up at 10:47 pm and told me he is the only driver working from 5pm-​till end of shift and they just called in another driver to help. The driver it was not his fault. he had at least 6 empty heat bags in his trunk. this is the only driver you have working on a saturday night in august in one of the 5 boroughs, guess what driver heads back, cuz he has more orders to deliever. i get inside only to find out… whats this wrong fucking sandwiches… holy fuck i call the store and im put on hold for another 5 minutes only having to repeat myself on what i ordered, and i had to tell her how to do her job. then she hung up on me with an attitude please tell me whats going on here. If you order from dominos, best bet is order from Papa johns and especially go to the one on Forest Ave. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS STORE EVER!!! fuck it dont order from dominos on Staten Island.

Disgusting, unprofessional, dirty, and literally took 2 hours to get a pizza. I tried to call and complain and no one answered the phone for 2 hours. I got in my car to see what was up and demanded to speak to a manager. No manager? Do yourselves a favor, close down. They really don’t care about the customer. Btw, the guy I spoke to had gloves on and touched everything that wasn’t food.

It’s very convenient to order from your computer or phone. They tell you how long the wait will be (for delivery) before you place the order. The pizzas are good. We use this branch regularly because it’s close and convenient. We have never had the problems that other customers have reported — not saying they haven’t hadproblems, just that our experience has been the opposite.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received! You’re lucky to even end up with a meal. We didn’t. Didn’t even get a phone call when they couldn’t remember our information for delivery. Hope this place gets shut down. Guess we aren’t eating tonight!

Over 2 hours this time over an hour at least most times. This WILL be the last the phone number NEEEEVEEEERRRRRRRRR works kinda just have to hope you’ll EVER get pizza. I never leave reviews especially bad ones. Worked in food service over ten years. This place is the fucking worst. They could have eaten our food and picked up more by now. Seriously.

Extremely poor customer service. While my friend and I waited almost an hour for our pizza another customer came in complaining about his delivery, which never showed up… One of the guys behind the counter had the audacity to talk back to him, blaming the customer… they don’t answer the phones… and instead of washing their hands before making the pizza, I saw the same guy just use hand sanitizer… so nasty… Never again… the only reason I gave them 2 stars is because there was one other guy behind the counter who really tried to fix all the issues and even apologized several times…

Pretty sorry. I order dominos online at least 2 – 3 times a month (when I am on the road from my hotel). This was one of the two worst experiences. I read these reviews and figured these people were just used to better pizza. Nope. They never updated their online tracker while it was being prepared, it was 30 minutes late (it’s snowing so I wasn’t that bothered), the food was luke warm and didn’t look as good as it should. Bottom line, I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Just left there walked in at 1205 am and sign says open and hours are till 1am girl at the counter says we are closed ! As she is making for and talking to a guy at the counter … Terrible way to run a business lost my business I was ordering for a whole sanitation garage … I’m sure the franchise owner woulda stayed open for the huge order and amount of money he woulda made off of 30 hungry men

Tried to order two thin crust 2 topping pizzas Sunday night Nov 24^th. at 5:56 pm to be delivered. Waited 1 and a half hours then I called to find out about my order. I called close to 20 times and got busy signals each time. I then went to there to find out about my pies. They said they should’ve been delivered, that a delivery was done near my house. Turns out the pizzas were never even made. I cancelled my order and received no apology. When I asked about the busy signals they said they were really busy. It seems as if the phone either was off the hook or busy because people were calling like me to find out about their orders. The food isn’t good enough to go through the machinations one has to go through to get the food.
It should also be noted that the place did not seem understaffed. I saw 5 people working and as I left a driver entered. I guess if it isn’t understaffed then it is poorly managed. I will never use them again.

Ordered Pizza at about 12:40 They finished cooking it at 12:58 PM and didn’t leave with it for delivery until 1:23 PM (almost 30 minutes under a heat lamp. This Domino’s is always understaffed. The Driver never rings the bell and calls to have you come out and pick up your pizza. I live 5 minutes away (about 10 blocks) and they didn’t deliver until 1:45 PM. Domino’s Customer Service and delivery times have steadily been going down hill. The food is good but the service is horrendous.

Seriously, its Domino’s, I’m not expecting the best, but seriously, the wings had to have been microwaved… so gross and chewy. The pizza is good for mass produced pizza, this is NYC, we have real pizza here. Whats up with the drivers not getting out of the car and ringing your doorbell? Don’t call my phone to ask me if I ordered pizza, yes I ordered your pizza now ring the bell and give it to me… I don’t live in the ghetto, you aren’t going to get robbed if yo get out of the car.

This places sucks!!! They don’t know how to make a pre heated pizza if u gave them one. It took me one and a half hour to get my pizza and cheese bread just cause they kept on messing everybody else order that it was just a wait of my time. Came back home saw the the cheese bread Burt on the side and the pizza barely any sause and topping that it just really pissed me of. I knew domino sucks but I didn’t know it was going to such this bad!
