Waite time was fair. I came very early. Seen before my appointment time. Made me feel much younger and less crazy. After answering all my questions on Rheumatoid Arthritis. Willing to give me hand outs to read at home. Suggested to call her office if needed.

The worst. Called the office for months to make appointment no one picks up phone no voice mail set up. Received results of blood test 5 months after test were taken. Office staff rude and uncaring! Substandard care at this practice by all, from receptionist to the doctors. Go elsewhere!

Wait time was very long, visit was rushed. She was quick to prescribe pills without fully accessing my situation. I had called to speak to her since she rushed and didn’t allow me to ask all the questions I had. The staff told me that she doesn’t speak to patients over the phone. Imagine that?! I insisted on speaking to her and refused to make another appt just to ask some questions and pay a $ 50 copay. I was absolutely shocked and disgusted when the doctor returned my call with a nasty attitude! Before addressing my questions, she made sure to point out that she does not talk to her patients by phone. Then she proceeded to tell me that during our visit, I claimed that I do not know how my sleep pattern has been and other things that weren’t true. She obviously did not even have my chart in front of her! I would never ever go back to the doctor again. Waste of my time and money.
