Helzberg Diamonds

I got my engagement ring setting from here. First of all, the sales rep (wish I remembered her name) was amazing and extremely honest, second she did not push anything on me and was very pleasant, third of all, it was a great experience. I definetly plan on coming back.

This location is great! Has a great selection of pieces & the customer service is sweet. I brought in my ring to get inspected and it came back way faster than we anticipated which was great. You won’t go wrong visiting this location !

This place has an ok selection of fine jewelry. I usually come here to get a dose of some of cute products… two of my favorite jewelry collections is located in this store… which is awesome !! there product is nice and tastefully… but i seriously question there quality… some question I ask them about there diamond earrings… they would just say the quality is nice instead of telling me the size and the clarity of the diamonds… it’s like she’s not even answering my question just kept saying its nice… as a salesmen she was pretty nice… but I wouldn’t say helpful…

Some of the other salesmen are extremely lazy… there is about six workers… the store has a good amount of people… instead of helping out potently costumers… they just lean near the jewelry case and look around… How lazy is that… This store is located inside the Staten Island mall… second floor… zlaes is across from this store…
