Professional and helpful. They offer a wide variety of printing services and if they can’t do it there on premises they will send it out and get the job done. Excellent for personal and business printing needs!

I walked in not knowing what to expect. I’ve read some reviews on google that were a little disheartening but decided to give it a go, to support a local printer, and get familiar with them for one of my many projects (I’m a designer).
I appreciated that on the day I happened to stroll in, the owner happened to be wearing a cowboy hat (like the shops logo).
I came to Luke’s to print on 12×18″ stock, then cut it down to stacks of 4×11. It was fairly priced, and the quality of the printing was good, the blade on their cutting machine was sharp (it’s good to know if they keep their cutting blade in good shape — you don’t want dull edges on an important project with expensive paper!). I do think that my knowledge of printing and cutting comes in handy here, but I’ve seen the staff go out of their way to help people with saving their file out properly for printing, which is very kind.
The only downfall it seems is this historical method of charging a customer $ 10 to retrieve/“download” a file from a USB drive or an email. This was something print shops did in 2004 (and never at that price), when retrieving files may have been a little more annoying, but these days? It’s seamless! If you want to charge for files, maybe $ 3.
I was even told a lot of customers leave due to this — what a shame!

I didnt have high hopes for this place since there isn’t many reviews, but I went to this shop last Friday, needed item really quick and since my order was not big, Maggie had printed everything I needed same day! She also provided great assistance as she called me with all questions and suggestion, didn’t do anything unless I was OK with it. She was fast and professional! Will definitely come back! Oh and I am very excited that my Thank You cards and bottle stickers look this great.
