Great food. A bit salty, particularly on the chicken parm /​omelettes, but delicious nonetheless!

My husband and I went here for brunch about a month ago on a rainy Sunday; I enjoyed a delicious omelette with crispy potatoes and fruit. My husband had his personal pizza which he really enjoyed; we did order an antipasto salad which I really did not care for; it had suppresata and capicola and sharp provolone, which are things I do not like but the greens were flavorful, and my son did enjoy our leftovers when we got home. I also thought the coffee was very weak. We did have a long wait too. We are planning on going back on Wednesday for my birthday — this time we will be ordering different items and are hoping to dine outside. I am sure our review will be 5 star this time.

Nothing good to say about Marie’s gourmet. Waited about 5 minutes to receive a menu. That should have been the red light to high tail it out of there. The hostess finally came over not sure after how long to see if anyone had taken our drink orders, which no one had at that point. Place our order house salad with grilled eggplant, Mac and cheese with… They were out of sweet potatoe fries, out of the chips. So my son was thrilled. We waited… his mac and cheese came out before my food. At that point the server says have some bad news we only have bbq chips. I said I have some bad news I didn’t ask for his food to come out before mine. Her response we always serve the kids first. Umm no one asked you to. Sorry but were done. And we walked out

I absolutely love this place! I have been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have never been disappointed. The décor of the location is always cozy, and the food is amazing! My absolute favorite is the roast beef sandwich! A must try on Staten Island!

I work in a doctors facility not far from this place and let me tell you the food is AMAZING… I have not ordered there and not liked anything I have ever ordered.

Everything was great. Their breakfast is delicious and well priced. From the outside it was hard to tell if the restaurant was open though.

This place is great for breakfast lunch or dinner. Food is fantastic, service can be a bit slow at times but there food makes up for it for sure. Really a gourmet place on staten island.

I was looking for a new breakfast place and at the suggestion of a friend, came here. There’s a small parking lot in the back and parking on Victory. I figured the place must be good when I saw there was a line to get in. 9 am is a little late to open for breakfast but it was worth the wait.
Nice selection of omelettes, pancakes and French toast. Coffee wasn’t hot but the refills kept coming. I’d go back.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant on Staten Island. The food is always on point, though there is usually a bit of a wait to get it (but always worth it). Everything tastes clean, and fresh. I’ve gotten breakfast (most perfectly cooked eggs over medium ever!), lunch and dinner (the pizza is amazing, as are the pasta dishes). The salads are out of this world and the apple meltaway is perfect a la mode! I don’t think they are expensive at all. It’s small inside, but the wait staff is very friendly and accomodating.

The best thing I had here was the water. The waitress spent the majority of the time we were here talking to her friends at the bar rather than assisting her table. We ordered a white pie and a margherita. This is the first time in my life that I had pizza covered in so much oregano. Both were inedible. After finally being asked how our meal was by the busboy, we let him know that we didn’t like either pie at all. He asked if we wanted it wrapped. After that, the check was brought by yet another waitress, without any resolution being offered nor being asked if we wanted dessert. Avoidance at its best. Will not return.

We live near by so we’ve been here few times. The quality of the food is excelent, the service is frendly and the place is small, but nice. It would have been 5 stars, but it just takes sooo long for the food to come out, regardless what it is. We waited 30+ minutes for a salad, 45+ for a meal… Not acceptable.

we loveeeeee Marie’s. the food is very fresh, always hot and the servers are always working hard but never rude or neglectful. The ONLY reason I’m giving them four stars is the new seating layout. It’s absolutely horrible. Marie’s has always been packed but normally you could walk in without a wait (I can count on one hand the times we’ve had to wait in years of going almost solely to Marie’s when we go out to eat) but not since the renovation. Most problematic issue is parties of two sitting in booths made for six!
To be fair, the renovations are new and they’re definitely working out kinks, and the food is so good it shouldn’t deter you from eating here but I can imagine it being off putting to someone who hasn’t been here before.

Best salads with tastiest toppings on Staten Island as well as anywhere I’ve eaten in NYC.
Once there was a big, dead fly in my salad delivery. disgusted! Prices are higher than most diners and similar restaurants, but I still continue to eat /​order salads from here.

I read all the good reviews about this place so I decided to try it out. Service is very good and the food comes fast but the food is horrible. The sweet potato fries are good. Burger tasted very weird. I could only eat a quarter of it. My boyfriend got scrambled eggs and he was disappointed as well. Fruit tasted fresh and the bacon was good but the eggs were not good.
I don’t like saying this about any place but after leaving I got sick and threw up. Maybe something did not agree with me but since that was the only thing I’ve eaten all day I linked it to this. I personally will not come back to this place.

A little pricey but very good. I’ve eaten here and ordered out plenty of times and never disappointed. One of the best egg omelettes I’ve ever had. Vodka personal pie is on point. VERY good meatballs. They taste homemade.
Sweet potato fries are greasy, therefore soggy but other than that I have no complaints.
I keep returning for more:)

What a great place! What makes it better is it is not your cliché restaurant on Staten Island. Most of the menu is Italian inspired but the ambience makes it feel more American like a diner. The menu has a vast variety of great options. For example, instead of fried calamari they have baked calamari! The pizza is Awesome and a perfect size for a personal meal or to split as an appetizer. If you want something different but still want great food then come to Marie’s Gourmet! Oh yea one more thing… Breakfast is served all day also! Come here anytime for breakfast lunch or dinner. It’s perfect

Not sure how I feel about Marie’s. Ive been wanting to check it out for a while now because it seemed like a good place on Staten Island.
I happened to look at their take out menu the moment we got there and it says they «serve breakfast all day» i asked the waitress about breakfast and she said they serve until 11am. Okay…
Had breakfast here and wanted to try their chocolate chip buttermilk pancake. The chef didn’t include the chocolate chip (extra $ 2) so i basically had a regular pancake. The pancake was fluffy and tasty but i wanted what I ordered. Also ordered the breakfast pizza which was pretty good. Its like having egg and cheese with bacon on a roll. Nothing fancy. The portions are pretty good. However, this is the first time ive experienced paying an extra dollar for items on the menu as a dine in as compared to ordering for take out. Didn’t bother asking why, it just didn’t make sense to me. Our waitress was nice and she was pretty attentive. I could tell she was busy but tried her best to check up on us especially since we were sitting outside.
It honesty seems a little pricey to me. The one thing that can compensate for that would be the portion size (at least for the items that we ordered).
Oh, a glass of orange juice is $ 3.00. If there is ever a next time, ill bring my big ass bag and carry my own OJ.

I have been passing this place for quite awhile now. Finally got the chance to stop in today.
Noticed that a few fellow friends have reviewed this and another recommended it. Ok, I’m in.
As most of you know I like my Italian delis and comfort food. This place has both. I just wish I had followed my first instinct. But for some reason just didn’t. Felt like a burger so I ordered the California Burger which was topped with avocado and roasted pepper. Don’t get me wrong, it was a good burger, perfectly grilled and served on an English muffin. I just found myself wishing something like my wife.
Her order was Prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, arugula served on grilled focaccia. It was served with pickles and a small salad with chick peas. We always share, hers was better once again.
They have parking behind the building since parking on the Blvd can be a bit of a hassle.
There are tons of options for all tastes. Many vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. I hear that their waffles are to die for. Maybe next time.
It is located only a chip shot away from Silver Lake Golf Course.

When you’re craving pizza well you want it asap.
Be prepared this is not a fast food joint, wait time was 30 minutes for a personal pie!
Can’t comment on anything else because we didn’t try anything but the pizza maybe I’ll come back another time to try their pasta will update.
