McDonald’s

The problem with this McDonald is that The management needs to be more proactive in removing the drug users out of the area. They go inside the bathroom to use/​make drug transactions. Horrible! A place where a lot of families go! The service of the people that work there is fine. Another big problem is that all the employees are from India, Pakistan or from Sri Lankan, this is poor management!

It’s service like this, Where I am charged 2.38 for two order of chicken nuggets, and receive motzarella sticks that I wouldn’t pay two cents for, that leave me baffled how these incomptadents demand higher pay rates then some medical assistant people in this country. It’s not worth the gas going back for the .31 cents I was cheated out of. My cats won’t even eat this cheesy garbage.

Don’t bother coming here… Actually, please do come here for a foreign country experience! Almost all the staff working here are Indian looking (or Pakistan, I can’t distinguish between the two, sorry…). And you can tell because of their accents and they will make sure that you feel like you are in another country. They will impatiently take your orders, sometimes yelling to the ones behind them in their own language, dump the food on the counter and expect you to scram. They will charge you for a cup of hot water, but apparently they don’t want you to have it no matter what! And yes, I did once request a cup of hot water here for my medicines; and yes, I did expect it to be free and request it after getting my order, guess my bad on that one?! So a guy poured me a cup of hot water and dump it on the counter, before I could react, another guy yelled at me saying that cups ain’t free and immediately threw the cup into the trash… Why couldn’t the guy just explain and gave me time to pull out my wallet… And the staff didn’t even know how much they should charge for a cup of hot water, $ 1.79 initially, then at the end of his sentence, it became $ 2… McDonalds, you should really put «Hot water» on your menu to avoid such confusion among your staff!
Wasn’t expecting restaurant level service from a McDonalds… I just wanted to be treated, at the very least, as a customer… but instead I was treated like a bum!

Without a doubt the worst McDonalds experience, not once but TWICE. First time, I tried to get a big mac and fries. At 11:15. On A Sunday! Apparently I am some kind of infidel for not going to church but doing laundry. When every other restaurant was serving lunch they were on breakfast until much later. So I left HUNGRY. I complained to the customer service number and spoke to the supervisor, who sent me coupons for a free big mac and fries. Three months later, I am like it’s a different shift, it would be nice. After what seems like ten minutes go by with the trainee, trying to figure out how to ring up said coupon. I would think if this is the coupon corporate sends out, they would try to handle it faster. Finally RANA (horrrible evil vicious cheap prick) tells me I can’t use them because you can’t use two at once. I guess a separate transaction is beyond his intelligence or skills. So guess what? I WALK OUT HUNGRY. AGAIN. After talking on the phone to customer service, guess what? They will send me more freaking useless coupons. RANA– hope you get fired for having no people skills and cheapness beyond belief. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS HELLHOLE AGAIN and it will be a long, long time before I think about McDonalds. I guess I am going to go have it my way at Burger King. Look closely and see, they haven’t gotten a review above one star from Unilocal in FIVE YEARS!

The worst mcdonals I’ve been to plus the customer service is the worst and the food is nasty

It’s really sad that this place gets business. It’s strictly because of the location because this is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They almost never get your order right. The fries r cold n hard .same for the nuggets. In the morning there’s a man who never understands my order because of a language barrier and its extemely frustrating. Online it says this place is open 24 hours but that’s a complete lie. I went there the other night at 1:45am and they had NOTHING no fries. no regular burgers (only quarter pounder meat).n my boyfriend wanted a 20pc nugget n they only had 13! Don’t waste ur time coming here. Go to the one on forest.

Honestly I hate the service here. Everyone hates their job and take that out on you. One time I was craving a salad and decided to go through the drive thru. Once I got home I went to open my salad and it was brown. When I went back to get my money back all they did was laugh in my face.

Mcdonalds is USUALLY the same everywhere, but this place, is so off base its not funny. EVERY time something is wrong with my order, whether is missing condiments or just wrong items, this time i ordered a salad and 2 wraps at the drive thru, salad ok, wraps WRONG ONES, and i dont see this till i get home, i think i will pass on this location all the time now.

ghetto, this place is very filthy, you can see the black mold in the grout of the tiles. the bathroom is 3^rd world nasty. A bunch of drug addicts sit here and hang out. If you must eat here take it to go or use the drive thru. i would never come back, head my warining. only plus is plenty of parking, that’s probably bcuz no one would want to eat here.

have been passing by this one many times to & fro my daily destinations — finally got the chance to try this place out this time. well, nothing unusual — pretty much the same as the other branches. one thing i know, this is an ideal rendezvous especially those who’d want to keep things in utmost secret LOL… it looks like not that crowded, unlike all the other McDonald’s i’ve been to here in NYC. but i enjoyed nevertheless my iced mocha & the crispy chipotle bbq wrap — didn’t really have to eat more, as there’s dinner waiting for me home LOL. this is, as usual, great for food-​to-​go…& those wishing to do a drive-​in…

This one is a little worse than all the other Mcdonald’s I’ve been to. Is it normal for them to charge for bbq sauce? Seriously? They messed up my order twice and gave me the wrong number of wraps and the wrong kind of sandwich. Oh-​em-​gee. Even their address is confusing… is it 491 or 501 Bay Street?
