Pcc Computer Systems

I thought that I was calling the accredited Geek Squad. They did nothing to identify themselves. Their prices were at least $ 100 more than the Geek Squad and the Apple Store. The tech did not transfer the data correctly. I couldn’t print or access the internet. I spend 10 hours on the phone with Apple Care support and went to the Apple store Fifth avenue five times over the holiday weekend. I explained the situation toe PCC and they refused to offer a partial or full refund.
They also charged me for Microsoft Office and the tech did not leave me with the discs, the products or anything else for my purchase. I was forced to erase everything she had done and had to buy another copy because she did not give me the product that I paid for.
I was not thinking clearly but the situation turned out to be the worst technology nightmare. Don’t under any circumstances call or use them
