Absolute rip off!!! I have never been treated with such disrespect as I was by this company and their person who comes into the house. I was quoted a price, I accepted their bid. When they came to do paperwork they claimed they never gave me that quote, and refused to honor the price I was given. They nearly went up in price by almost 1000 $. When I called to complain the manager said there was nothing he could do because I didn’t have the quote written down. I got in touch with corporate who had the manager call me again, he did offer me the quoted price but I was still beyond angry. I would never recommend this company because of this experience. Also I got another company to do this same job and saved an additional 400 $ of the quoted price. Too bad because I have about another 12 windows left I needed replaced.

Two stars because there’s parking in the rear. I called yesterday to verify that they were keeping to their regular Thursday hours, considering that Friday, July 4th is tomorrow. Man on phone said they weren’t closing early and would be open until 8. We got there at 3:15 today to find the door locked and a sign on the door saying that they were closing early for the 4th at 3:00. Triple check the info you get on the phone from this location.
