I’ve been using public storage for some time now (the Veterans Road West location), but I just moved my things to the Goethals Road North location and I love it so much more!
Things that are better here:
1. the customer service, hands down.
2. The hand trucks here all have a designated location, so you don’t need to wander around aimlessly looking for one like at the other location. And all the trucks are new and move smoothly.
3. There are lights inside the units! So convenient, why don’t all public storages have this?!
This location is farther away from me, but it’s so worth the drive.
If you’re on Staten Island, even if you’re right next to the Rossville location like I am, this facility is so much better!

Went down to purchase a storage room right around closing time. The staff was great in taking their time to explain everything to me and getting me what I needed. I truly appreciate that since I value customer service. Keep up the great work!

Very welcoming storage company. This was my first time experiencing public storage and it was great. I’m very big on excellent customer service and Rasha was exceptional! Definitely made the right decision.

The managers are pleasant and knowledgeable of their facility, Clean and easy access. Except for my storage unit not having a light inside I cant complain. First time using a storage so I cant compare to anything. I did recommend it to a friend and they’re happy with theirs too so it must be good :-)

I must say that Rasha of Public Storage of Staten Island is one of the best representatives of any storage company I have had the pleasure of doing business with… EVER!
I came in for a tour a few months ago because of her I came back today. She left a lasting impression.
Rasha is an asset to Public Storage she is knowledgeable and demonstrates excellent customer service.

This is definitely the best storage place I’ve ever rented from. Rasha was the first person I dealt with when calling and she was very helpful while I tried to make my appointment. My reservation was with Nick and he was a doll. He showed me around, made me feel comfortable to ask as many questions as I had and helped me find a storage unit that was perfect for the boxes I had from when I moved apartments. I noticed while I was there how clean everything was and I was really surprised. My husband and I will never rent anywhere else. I am very pleased
