The worst service, dishonest and he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Tried his service for a month truly he doesn’t know anything about pools neither his employees

I called this pool company for a estimate on some work that i needed for my inground pool. after playing cat and mouse with his ghetto speaking phone receptionist for one and a half days she finally produced a phone number for me to call him. I called and made a appointment and when the time came he was 2 hours late. upon his arrival i thought that the boss might have sent one of his dirtbag workers. the dirtbag turned out to Rafael ! if i had to place a face to the voice on the phone this would have been it. i proceeded with the estimate process anyway. as it turned out, this creeps price was double the price of six other estimates that were quoted to me earlier in the week by reputable staten island pool companies. I would not recommend this sheister to anyone. I personally would not trust this guy around my house with out watching him like a hawk as well as being distrustful of this low life piece of crap around my family. From all appearances of how this guy presents himself and runs his business i would not give this guy a penny for anything. After further investigation i found many unhappy past customers that had nothing good to say about this vermin.

I called this service and set up an appt. The guy never showed up. He was called the next day and said he would be there that day. Once again, he was a no show. I can only assume that if he can’t even show up for an appt, then his pool services must leave something to be desired as well. Two thumbs down for customer service.
