I called this store to see if they had the shampoo and conditioner I use. Once at the store I discovered there was no conditioner and one bottle of an ‘opened’ shampoo. I asked to see the manager to give him a ‘piece of my mind’ when he said you called, I said yes, he went behind the counter and retrieved the products for me. He said since they were running low, he wanted to make sure I got them.
I appreciated that they did this for me. It shows concern for their customers
