Pretty much a disaster. Can never get help finding an age appropriate gift. Can’t get any help for that matter. Never enough check-​out personnel.
Here’s real absurdity. I have a ToysRus credit card. I can use it anywhere, BUT, you guessed it,
ToysRus. Declined. Three different times!
Please go somewhere else.

The manager is rude. I called to see if they has something in stock which they did. I asked if they would hold and I would be there within the hour. The guy told me his manager said she wouldn’t. I called richmond ave store to see if they had it in stock and to see if they would hold it no problem. They said they will hold things until they closed. No problem. Also richmond ave answers there phone. I usually go to hylan bc it is near my house convient. But if it wasn’t more convient than the other one on richmond ave I’d spend all my time at richmond ave store.

This Babies/​Toys R’ Us is pretty dumpy… It doesn’t seem kept up, I know it is an old location but I feel like that isnt an excuse to sell old products & leave open, damaged stuff on the shelves. If you’ve ever been to the bath & body care aisle in the baby area — its a disaster, everything is open, spilled, expired even. I live right near here so I go often, & more times than not if it is for a soap, shampoo, lotion product, I go home & order from amazon.
I picked up my stroller travel system from here off my baby shower registry, someone had purchased it for me to pick up & the box was soooo smashed, DIRTY & damaged that you couldn’t tell what the box was for. I refused it & they were nasty & annoyed about getting me a different one from the back because they had to dig for it. Ugh.
I recently bought a new all in one carseat from here & the box was in good shape, probably because I got it down off the overhead shelf myself after 90 mins of waiting for assistance & asking 4 – 5 times. I couldn’t wander & look around at anything else so I said screw it, I’ll get it myself…
They are always out of stuff, & alot of stock they have is old… example, Babyganics baby wipes I purchased here, I’ve been getting a new packaging on them for a good 8 months but You can still buy the old yellow packaging there. I did once when they had a bogo free thing for babyganics stuff & the wipes were all dried out, no exp date or anything so who knows how old they were. I should’ve known when I had to ask for them from the back & the boxes were super dusty. ACK!

I went to get a puzzle and I feel I came to a war zone. It was extremely dirty, a lot of stuff in the floor. It was kind of abandoned. I got my puzzle but I really recommend a new management… It is kind of scary to go inside there…

This place sucks !! No wonder they got shut down a few years back, this place needs new management ASAP. no carts for customers to do there shopping & regular priced items in the clearance section limited supply of stock. Find a different store.

I hate this location! The store is always in a disarray, with only one casher for check-​out. The Babies R Us section is so unorganized! Nothing is ever in the aisle that they say it is in and unless you specifically ask for an item, you would never know it was placed elsewhere. The stickers on the shelves are always wearing out so you cannot make out the item, price or barcode. This store closed years ago for a reason, maybe it should’ve stayed closed. If it weren’t for convenience, this store would get 1 star for its appearance.
