Troost Bros

There should be a 5 star PLUS for this contractor! This is the third major job that I have used the Troost Brothers for. From the moment you sit down to discuss your requirements to the end of the project it is a professional and friendly encounter. We have all heard of many horror stories when dealing with contractors; Troost is the opposite. They are a pleasure to deal with and the finished product is PERFECT. The projects have included the following: 1) new roof; 2) kitchen, bathroom and mud room completely redone and 3) a beautiful new deck installed. I HIGHLY recommend them.

There should be a 6^th Star available for businesses like this. I expect a business to do what they promise. Troost Brothers exceeded my expectations. After a fire, my house was in need of repair. What made matters worse is that I do not live on Staten Island and so there was no one to oversee all the work that needed to be done. When you have Troost Brothers on the job there is no need to worry. From communicating with Maria; to call backs from the owner himself, (Jeff Troost); to the professional men who do the job, there was not one small item overlooked. They did the work over and above what I expected. Little details I forgot they took upon themselves to do. And, even after they were paid when we had a question, they came back to help us even though it was not part of the job they did. Absolutely amazing workmanship and customer service.
