I was in search of Ripasso Italian red wine, which is not easy to find. I wanted to buy it from a local liquor store. I asked a couple of local liquor stores, which were quick to dismiss me by saying they do not offer it. When I asked Island Plaza store employees, they also never heard of the wine. However, they offered to special order and call me. The following week they did call me, and I bought two bottles. Their prices were very competitive.
Because they chose to take the few extra steps and help me, they are now my new liquor store. Good customer service does make a difference. Keep it up!
