I wish I didn’t have to give this establishment one star because they don’t even deserve that. I bought a puppy from Pets N Pals & set up payments through a finance company. The employees led me to believe that I’d pay $ 1200 & be done if I could pay it off without interest. I wasn’t able to & now I’m being charged twice as much as I paid for the dog all because Pets N Pals didnt explain the process to me at all. I wouldnt have bought him if i would have had any idea. Buying a puppy is supposed to be a good experience but this place has made it a nightmare.

I have bought birds, fish and a hamster from this store and all of my pets have been healthy. The staff really knows their stuff and is MORE than happy to help you. Spencer is a fish guy there and he has been so helpful, When i have a question about my fish I go straight to him. They have a great selection as well. This is the ONLY place I will buy my critters. Even if you are in waynesboro I would just drive right by «all about pets» and head to stauntons pet and pals!
