Very nice dealership, helpful friendly staff. Great location just a few minutes off I-81, situated past a Honda dealer and just up a hill with a beautiful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Worth the stop for the view alone! Large selection of bikes, 2016 in stock. They had a soft tail with old school milatary colors, check out my pictures.

I spent $ 1200 on parts. Nice guys in the parts department, but nice guys finish last. They sold me the wrong cams first. Needed a cam spacer kit for the install, parts guy had no clue what was needed and wouldn’t get help. Looked up the wrong bike, when I was finally able to get him to understand what was needed, they did not have them. Richmond Harley had it all in stock and understood what was needed immediately.

Large, spacious dealership! Lots of bikes, H-D clothing, and accessories! The staff I interacted with was friendly and hilarious! Admired the color schemes on the 2013 Heritage Softail Classic and(candy orange and beer bottle) and the Street Bob(green metalflake). Bought a few H-D muscle shirts and dealer poker chips and pins. Check out Shenandoah Harley-Davidson if you are passing through on the I-81 corridor.

I’m surprised at the great reviews… maybe we were there on an «off» day? The husband and I(bike owners and actually looking to add to our«fleet») went in on a Saturday morning — we were in the neighborhood and thought we’d look around, get a shirt, see what, if any deals there were to be had. After looking at all of the bikes, no one even said hello or offered to help us. We then went to look at the HD clothes — same experience on that side of the store. No one even said hello until we got to the cash register. We paid for our shirts and left with no one speaking to us on the way out either. I’ve never been in a dealership where this has happened and I’m completely taken aback. Once I make my decision on the next bike, I won’t give this place a 2nd thought, just because of what we ran into there this weekend. That being said, the show room is huge, clean, well lit, and their selection is super — and OBVIOUSLY you can walk around unmolested — so I might go back just to browse, but not to buy.

Great dealership. They installed the Zumo 660 I used for the 2011 prostate cancer pony express in September. Marek did my work. Great job. Owner is a VMI grad and so I am!

Now at the other end of the spectrum from my review below is Mecca — Shenandoah Harley-Davidson/Buell. Perfect. Everything that the epitome of a big box HD dealership should be. Well located, impressive, clean, well laid out, chock full of goodies so varied and tempting one’s arms are quickly loaded. Sometimes I go to a HD dealer and there is nothing they could give me. Here I want it all. They have been so nice to us and friendly Big Time. The salesladies even offered to pet sit our itty bitty Chihuahuas while we looked around.(Picture to follow). We scored some amazing handmade rocking chairs there too. They offer riding lessons on their course just outside and are very community oriented. Wish we lived closer to there to take advantage but passing through between NC and NY, this was a definite stop for us. Great Rest Rooms too. Tee hee hee. They were showing some one of a kind bikes which were not for sale but yes we wanted them too. It is a great place to make a visit to and even just have a walk around while on a long car ride. They will be happy to see you and do everything to make your visit enjoyable and appreciated. Thanks Shenandoah(fun name to say too!)!
