Infinite Self-Storage

Not sure about their prices. But 2 things I don’t like.
1) Their sign says «24 Hour Access». Well that’s true. Yesterday and today their gate hasn’t been closed once. You figure a place like that would see getting their gate fixed as a priority since people are paying for not only the storage space but security. How secure are these boats and vehicles that are paying for the outside storage. Have they called those customers to let them know? Probably not. If I was a thief I could pull in there and have 2 boats tonight.
2) if you want to store a vehicle in there the vehicle had to be registered to the renter. Ok. I understand their reasoning. But I don’t like it. 3 situations off the top of my head.
A.) A friend in the military being deployed needing a place to keep their car while out of the country.
B) A family member or friend that has fallen on hard times and lost where they live and need to store a vehicle
C) Someone passed away and you need to store a vehicle while getting affairs in order
And those are just off the top of my head.
But mainly my bad review is there is no excuse for a place like this to be unsecured for so long. If they would have had someone working there or doing some kind of security then ok. But either do that or pay to get it fixed quicker. People pay you money to keep their belongings secure. So secure your facility!
