Very unprofessional and rude people. I am still waiting for a call they promised me a week ago. They don’t keep their word. Poor character. 3 times they cancelled lessons that I had scheduled and they did it just an hour before the lesson ALL three times. twice with Lou and once with his wife who was suppose to give ongoing lessons to my son. They think that people would believe their excuses? no way. it makes a loud statement about who you really are when you keep missing appointments, it makes you unreliable and a «flake». I also bought a bowling ball and after drilling it Lou didn’t even let my son try it on the lanes because he said that he gave me a better price. he didn’t give me a discount but rather matched the price of another store. still he didn’t let my son practice with the ball. I had to pay money at a different pro shop to fix his thumb because when he bowled the ball needed adjustment. So he matched the price of another store but it cost me money to fix the drilling so I ended up spending more money in the end. I hadn’t been there in a while, (since he didn’t let my son tryout his new ball), and a person who knows them convinced me to give them another try. what a mistake. What a joke these people are. I am surprised they are still in business.

What other place do you know that has both Brunswick and AMF lanes? If you are looking for coaching or equipment, this IS the place. Besides having the best, most qualified coaches in the Metro Detroit area, they also have the best display of bowling balls and equipment. If it is for sale, you will be able to see it here for the most part. And, where else can you see close up a pin setter from the 50s/​60s? No grill, so don’t look for food, but if bowling is your game, this is the place.

A great place for a party or family gathering or corporate event. Equipment galore for those that are serious and training for perfection. Never seen a place like this until I was invited to a party their. Now I’m hooked
