I really like Barrier and have used their services for 5 years or so. It started with yellow jackets getting into my house. They were QUICK to send out techs to help me find where they were getting into the house. It took us a few tries and several techs, but the bees were finally stopped! And everyone who came to help was polite, friendly and professional. I’ve had a couple of regular technicians (Jessica and Said) that were good about giving me advice on how to keep out pests… especially when ants showed up… and later spiders! So I find that everyone there is friendly and help you right away. I never worry about calling them when I need help with something. Great company. Nice people!

The guy that came out for the initial visit was great. However from that point on, disaster. They didn’t catch the animal that got in my attic space. Further more they basically charged me $ 1000 to re set my gutters and put up a piece of flashing and some caulk. I could have gotten a handy man to do the same for a third of the price. The technician that came to do the work was rude and talked trash about me as I asked about the part of the work that wasn’t done. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Steer clear.
