I love this place. The sales representative are very knowledgeable and nice. Saved me time and money. That is the only place is hope for games.

Not willing to help! Got here just before closing and was greeted with«we close in 10 minutes sir» My response is no worries I will be quick. Asked them if they have something in stock and I got an I don’t know… I totally get they have go-home-itis, but the reason they showed no interest in me is that their gamer buddies were there discussing Wizards and Lizards. Another customer for Amazon!

Horrible customer service! My daughter went here for the first time the other day to purchase a video game. The game stopped working and when she took it back to the store and they said it was our console that messed it up. She had this game in her possession for a total of one hour. When she asked if she could exchange it she was told that she should have bought a warranty plan. How convenient that nobody ever offered her the plan… So now she has bought her second disc with the warranty and paid twice as much. If you have a warranty plan you should offer this every single time a person purchases and item from your store, not conveniently when somebody brings something that doesn’t work. I will be sure to make sure that none of our friends or family shop at GameStop moving forward. I suggest everyone go to Costco, Target, or any other respectable business that will actually put their customers first.

Got a from the district manager a few minutes ago, and she was exceptionally nice. We are trading in the in-store credit for a full refund, which makes whether GameStop gets our business again our choice rather than theirs – which is what we wanted.

I needed to replace my PS3 due to the blinking red light and I did not want to bother fixing it. In addition to the PS3 console, I had to pick up another copy of Tekken 6 and the clerk offered an opened copy as new. I declined. After picking up the PS3 console, I decided to walk over to Verizon and noticed that the original tape was broken on PS3’s box with clear standard packing tape over it. At this point, I was very disappointed. Returned the console, the clerk asked if I want to grab another one instead. I declined. I would have give this place 1 star, but the clerks were professional about it the whole time.

I really liked the staff here. Their system was on the fritz at my last visit, but they tried to remain in good spirits despite the setbacks(and I’m sure, loss of business) earlier in the day. They tried my card twice, and offered to try a third time. I said it was okay, and before I could ask if there was another way I could pay, they told me it would only take a few minutes, and they would have to take my credit card imprint. Throughout the ordeal, they kept up a pleasant conversation and I skimmed through their binder of upcoming releases. Truthfully, I was getting a little impatient,(I was dying to play some Fallout 3 and test out Prototype) but I let them do their thing. A few minutes, and many apologies later, they had me on my way.
