Took double the days they first quoted me to fix my craked screen. Not only that but I had to argue with the store associate becuase they where charging me 30 $ over what I was told when I brought my phone in. Its verry unorganized and they don’t check ID so anyone can just come and say your phone type and if u pay for the repair a stranger could be leaving with you phone.

Best service ever! I was highly satisfied with the timely manner in which they fixed my phone. The staff was very kind and courteous as well. I would definitely recommend them and I will keep them in mind if I ever need anything fixed. Definitely a place worth going to. Two thumbs up!

Its less than mile from home so figured id give them a try for phone’s screen which had a crack and needed replacement.
1. The replacement screen they promised to be original was NOT ORIGINAL. ATT representative confirmed that after i took the device to them. Now i cannot claim a replacement device through my phone insurance either !!!
2. The screen replacement was done very shabbily leaving air bubbles and fingerprint marks between the screen the digitizer below it.
3. they charged an extra 10 $ to add some glue/​adhesive between the new screen and the digitizer below it. This glue was leaking for almost 3 days AFTER they had given the phone back to me.
4. The screen was so flimsy that when i actually try to press the screen so the bubbles would get dislodged, the screen CRACKED !!
The turnaround time was fast (2 hours), but the QUALITY OF WORK IS JUST SO POOR that i cant help but regret my decision to get the device fixed by them.
