Pizza Hut

One of the worst pizza huts I’ve ever ordered from. Called in for a delivery and the guy on the phone was very rude, acted like he didn’t even want to take my order, told me the location was out of breadsticks AND wings, keep in mind this was a Monday afternoon, not a holiday or even following one. Delivery boy was at least courteous despite taking well over an hour. (This particular location however is less than 2 miles away).
Needless to say this will be the last time I order from this location.

I placed an order online for carry out. It was supposed to be ready at 7 pm. I paid for my order at the store at 7:05 pm and was told that my order was almost ready. I waited for 10 minutes and then I asked what the status of my order was. I was told that we were waiting for the wings. 15 minutes later I get my order only to find out that one of the pizzas was made incorrectly. Another 10 minutes go by and I get my pizza and they forgot to flavor the crust. I love Pizza Hut’s stuffed crust pizza but when you get bad customer service, it doesn’t matter how good the food is. I won’t be ordering from here ever again. I didn’t even get a courtesy of being offered a discount. If I could, I’d rate this place with zero stars.

I would have given them negative if I could. Who waits 2 hours for a delivery!!! That’s ridiculous. They need to change up their management ASAP ! Worst pizza delivery I have ever had. Everything was cold. I will never order from here again. This place is a joke! And to make matters worse they don’t know how to pick up their phone when u call to see the status of your delivery!

2 hour delivery wait for cold pizza. Not happy about it. This received 2 stars only because the driver was nice and my pizza was 50% off from an online deal I found.

I made a Unilocal account JUST so I could write this review. So, as i am writing this I am STILL waiting for my order to be delivered. We placed our order at 7:50pm at 9ish we got a phone call from Pizza Hut basically saying they can’t make our order the way we want and then told us if we didn’t want what they had to offer to just get nothing. The manager was very rude and indifferent and refused to provide customer service. We asked to speak to his boss and he gave us a survey number. When we called back he had cancelled our order without our consent. He refused to send us what we ordered and has now charged us twice. We just received our food and it was wrong and cold. This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems with this location. We have received a pizza that was flipped all the way over, we have gotten cold pizzas, and awful customer service. The drivers ask for tips which is completely unacceptable. This is the absolute worst location! Lower than 1 star!

I ordered my pizza with wings at 1:27 pm. I was told that the order will be delivered at 3:42pm! It’s 4:25 and there still hasn’t been anyone here. I called in and they said that my order will be next. It’s only 3 miles from my home. I honestly feel like I can order pizza from somewhere else and still get it here before this one arrives.

We live less than a mile from here and get pizza from here more often than I’d like to admit. It’s always pretty good. I usually pick it up, but we ordered delivery a few nights ago. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza, extra sausage and extra cheese (please don’t judge me) and breadsticks to be delivered at 7:15. We realized we were out of pop so I called at 6:40 to add a 2 liter to our order and the lady said our order had already been dispatched. Weird, since it takes less than 4 minutes to get to our place, but okay, we should’ve gave her our full order when I first called.
The delivery man shows up promptly at 7, 15 minutes early … not a huge deal. But the pizza had clearly been made right when we ordered at 6 and sad in the warmer for 45 minutes. There wasn’t extra cheese, something we paid $ 2.25 for, and the grease had mixed with the cheese to form a weird sauce since it was sitting in the warmer for so long. Sad! I should’ve taken it back at first bite but I’m pregnant and lazy so we ate it, and both got stomachaches.

Waited 15 minutes after the 25 minutes I was given to wait for a pickup order. Granted, it was originally a delivery order that I changed to pickup once I saw how long it would take. After waiting there a total of 30 minutes, a guy working there said sorry for the wait, we included a free large cheese pizza and 2L soda you can grab from the fridge (it was part of the small lobby) I was happy and told him I wouldn’t write them a bad review anymore. driving home, I even thought: «they compensated me nicely, I’ll give them 5 stars!» But then the large pizza wasn’t even warm (8 minute drive home) So it kind of evened out, lol and 3 stars it is.

I’m sad. Very Very sad. I ordered a pizza and it arrived with meat on it and I’m a vegetarian. :(I called to ask them to send me what I actually ordered (I ordered online so I had an order number, etc…) and I was told that I would receive a ten dollar off coupon on the next order. This pizza was 16.00! I seriously expect someone from this Pizza Hut management to contact me regarding this. This is entirely inappropriate! ! I still have all of my purchase information to verify everything. Now I’m hungry and very very sad.
Please don’t review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you’re connected in any way to the owner or employees.

Should of checked reviews first! would be 0 stars but have to put at least 1 to post my rant. Placed order at 548p. 2 hours later (744p) call to find out what status of delivery? Same person that took order said he didn’t…told I spoke with ‘you sir’…then he remembered cited my address and telephone number… then stated that driver called and no one answered! LIE! No one called that’s why I did! Driver definetly lied. Why would he call if he has correct address? Asked what they could do to compensate screw up on order. He said place the order again 45 min wait making total time 3 hours! No discount on pricing! So glad I didn’t give them my credit card info. NO THANKS FOREVER!

I wish I had read the reviews on here first! Took 70 minutes to get delivery and then we open the box to find this pile of cold, mushy, partially cooked mozzarella sticks. They were totally inedible. Will never order from this location again. Ever.

If I could give them less than a star I would. This place is one of the worst pizza huts I have been to. Every single time we place an order we have an issue. Nobody in that restaurant cares, they are always late and they can’t seem to get their orders right. Forget about talking to a manager, completely useless and rude. I have now been waiting for my pizza for over an hour ½, like seriously?
I will never ever order from here again

When I arrived to pick up my pizza, the gentleman at the counter informed me that the delivery driver had taken my order of wings and that I would have to wait for an additional ten minutes. I did so. After I got home, I was very disappointed in the pizza and the breadsticks. They were both soft, doughy, and undercooked. Moreover, the breadsticks did not have any seasoning on them. When my wife called to complain and ask for a refund, she was told that she would not get one because «you are the only person to have complained tonight.» Then, without letting my wife respond, the person hung up on my wife.

I visited this location and the person taking orders had difficulties with the customer before me. I placed my order… after the 4^th time telling the employee I was still unsure he accurately placed my order. I pay and leave the restaurant only to return to a pizza that was unevenly covered in cheese and the toppings incorrect. The manager offered to make a new pizza and I accepted… He brought the pizza out… and yet he didn’t correctly prepare my order! Toppings still wrong… and it looked like he removed it from the oven without being fully cooked. The crust definitely wasnt the golden brown it shouldve been. I now have an hour of my time invested in a process which should take no more then 20 – 30 minutes. I know because I managed a PAPAJOHNS for seven years! I guess they should change their slogan from best under one roof to «If you want it done right you have to do it yourself!» (seeing as I returned home and still had to cook my half prepared pizza)

STAY AWAY!!! Ordered a Cheese Lovers Plus. Barely got any cheese. Found long black hair on Super Supreme.

We ordered a pizza on Saturday night at 11:00 PM. We ordered online and were quoted a delivery time of 11:38 PM. At midnight I called to ask if the driver had left and I was told he left with 7 other deliveries. Our pizza showed up sometime between 12:10 — 12:15 AM and it was freezing cold and hard as a rock. Hey Pizza Hut, your pizza’s aren’t that great to begin with. During normal business hours we would have selected another establishment, but if you are going to offer late night delivery — at least you could work to get that right. What a waste of $ 17.00 — you suck Pizza Hut.

Calling to order a pizza here is terrible. Always put on hold without asking. Pizza is ok basically same as any other Pizza Hut. Service is terrible!
