Scheduled two appointments with Russell after purchasing the Living Social deal to repair a cracked windshield. With the first appointment I was given a five hour time slot within which a tech would arrive. I contacted Russell the day of the appointment letting him know where my car would be parked. No reply. No one ever showed. I contacted him again to say I didn’t know what happened to him (because no one got in touch with me) and asked if we should reschedule. He said we could if I wanted to. I decided to give him another chance. The second appointment time block was for four hours. No one showed. No one called. I was not going to bother contacting Russell again. Nine hours of wasted time is more than enough for me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

After weeks of searching to get my windshield replaced for a reasonable price, I came across this ad on Unilocal.I was pretty skeptical at first because I had never heard of this company but decided to give it try after speaking with Russell. He seemed to be extremely knowledgeable and it turns out… he was! He did an awesome job on my windshield and I feel confident recommending him to anyone! He was punctual and fair in pricing and service. Give him a try and you wont regret it!
