These people are crooks! Stay away! They are «Going out of business», but that only means that the store is changing hands from one crooked brother to another!!! Don’t fall for their scams as I did! I utilized their layaway which is 6 months to pay for your purchase, and received absolutely nothing in return for the money that I had previously put down! They wouldn’t even refund my money after informing me that they were going out of business before my 6 month layaway time period! I hope karma gets the owner someday because you shouldn’t be able to do that to people and get away with it!

Bought a couch from Create-A-Room a little over a month ago. Reasonable price, couch made in America. Reasonable timeframe from ordering to delivery. Delivery guys need to learn a thing or two about customer service and general manners. I would purchase again from them but would opt to NOT have them delivery it.
