The atmosphere is perfect. We ate outside and there was live music on the patio. I’m surprised how good the food was and I’m also surprised they didn’t charge more for it considering how nice the atmosphere was.

You have got to go here! The food is phenomenal and the environment is fantastic. Excellent menu options! And the prices are more than responsible. My family and I go here way more often than I would like to admit :)

Friday fish to go. $ 13 for a fish fry. However do not order the additional items with your baked potato, the cheese and the bacon, all extra $! You get the standard three piece cod, one baked potato, coleslaw and a bun. It was good however nothing to write home about! I did have a beer while I waited which was a Lake Louie Warped Speed, a Scottish ale which was very good and on tap! The only thing that really impressed me was the take-home container which was a pre-folded light weight card board box that opened up flat! Take note, the coleslaw was not in a container and so the juices from the slaw was all over the inside!

Great atmosphere and good food. Love the way they have decorated and the fireplace. In nice weather eat outside. Heat lamps and outdoor fire pits.

Great food and atmosphere. The pricing is great for the quality. Love sitting outside in the warmer months. The beer list is great too! If you show up around 6 on Friday night you will wait over an hour. By that just says how good it is.

A great dining value in central Wisconsin! From the moment you drive up you are struck by the beauty of the facility(even in the winter) and are thinking this is going to be pricey. The inside is equally as pleasing to the eye and full of nice little touches. The menu has just the right number of options. I had the smothered ham which had great flavor and quality ingredients. My wife had the pork carnitas and my son had the spaghetti. They were equally pleased with the quality and flavor. I also had a great bloody Mary that you could tell had a homemade mix. The best part of all this was we paid about the same or less as we would have elsewhere! Our server was attentive and had a great personality but I get the feeling they are understaffed. That leads me to the only reason they did not get five stars. We were promised a wait of 20 minutes and it ended up being 35. Understandable on a Friday night but can be drag. We would have liked to experience the great atmosphere a little more but we were seated in a little side room. That was OK as it allowed for quiet conversation, but didn’t have the same vibe as the rest of the place. We will definitely be back and would like to try their pizzas and would like to experience the outdoor seating in summer.

My new favorite in Stevens Point. I love a good supper club, and there are many good ones in the area. But it’s great to have a restaurant that is adventuresome in its offerings, and that’s PJ’s. Every meal I’ve eaten here has been excellent. Every.Single. One. The surroundings are lovely, too. Plus the desserts… I can’t say enough good things about how fortunate we are that PJ’s opened.

Must come here, the environment, food, restrooms, everything was superb. Truly a huge treat. Had the cheese curds they were best we ever had and sweet potatoe appetizer was awesome. I must try the pear cake with homemade ice cream. Wow. And I have to mention the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food that was served!

Called twice(the first two weeks ahead) for reservations They do not take reservations, but said there would be not problem seating our group of 10. What a load of bull. Found out later they have a room for 8 or more that can be reserved. Went in Saturday 12÷12÷15 for our promised expeditious service and were told there was a 1/½ hour wait. Major problem, solved, we went to Micheles and left them the $ 500+ we would have spent… Will not be going back.

I can’t complain overly much. This place is gorgeous — it really is. The new(ish) renovation was tastefully done and it’s just. it’s beautiful. We went in a bit later(7:00ish) on a Saturday night. Had about a 10 – 15 minute wait which wasn’t bad. What sort of killed it for us was the service-I’m not sure if the guy was new or overwhelmed, but it took about 15 minutes to get our initial order of drinks. And the next order of drinks? About 20 minutes. We sat near the blackboard where they list the specials for the day, and I watched as about every 3 – 5 minutes they walked over and erased things from said board. Their oven was broken so no pizza or veggies that night. The chef’s special was«all out,» so we couldn’t try that either. It was disappointing, but I will definitely go back to give them another shot. Hey! We all have off nights! Their fries were fantastic!!! UPDATE: Came back and tried PJ’s again and it was great! The long islands were the best I’ve ever had and the pizza was fantastic! The cheese curds appetizers were the best I’ve ever had as wel, hands down! To make it even better, we sat out by the fire pit and enjoyed a few more drinks… its was absolutely great. A very good night! The prices here aren’t bad. I’m honestly surprised they don’t charge more considering how beautiful this place is. I will for sure be back and have already spread the word to friends and family to give this place a go!

We really want to like this place. Our first experience we went mid week over the lunch hour. We got the cheese curds(great) and chicken salad sandwich and the hubby got pizza. We walked away very happy. Came back again during the week but at dinner. We were seated quickly but we Waited 15 minutes to even even be acknowledged by our waitress. She finally came and took our drink order(tap beer and sweetened tea) waited another 15 minutes for our drinks then both drinks were incorrect. After flagging out waitstaff down about our drinks and to order she didn’t apologize or anything. Just not good. Food was very average. Menu needs a revamp after just twice nothing sparks our interest to come back.

PJ’s was so noisy our party of seven could not hear one another. The chicken, as an entrée, and in a salad, was dry. I bragged it up to my out-of-town family but it did not measure up. I won’t be returning any time soon.

The Best darn Pizza in town! Their food is amazing, however I keep coming back for their Pizza. If they had more toppings such as pineapple I would have more to say. All of their toppings are fresh, and their food is some of the best in town.

Atmosphere: The entire facility is brand new and I think they did a beautiful job! There’s a modern-rustic feel so it creates an environment fit for almost anyone in the area. The outdoor patio is also a nice place to sit out and eat, when whether permits. Food: Good quality food, with different daily specials all for a reasonable price. The cheese curds are probably the best in town, so much flavor and cheesy goodness! Their entrees are also a good portion and hearty with a rustic edge. The adult beverages are a bit on the pricier end for what you’re getting, though. Service: The service is fine, but it’s never excellent, and typically on the slower end. It seems like every time I’ve been here, there are several people servicing my table and there has been no constant«relationship» with a single server. I know that they are relatively new still but after a year, you would think that they would work these kinds of things out. In summary: I’m definitely a returning customer — food and atmosphere are overall really great with mediocre service.

Recently had the pleasure of dining here on both a Saturday and Sunday for dinner in one weekend. The staff was friendly and had good menu knowledge to answer questions. All of the dishes we ordered on Saturday were delicious and as described. Locally sourced fresh ingredients really made a difference in escalating the taste levels from good to great. Sunday we ordered the Wood Oven Pizza Buffet. What a great deal and awesome combinations. The Pizza Chefs asked if we were enjoying our pizza and were willing to make pizzas of our choice. Very good experience, scenic grounds, comfortable dining indoors & out and great staff.

I have been to Pj’s, probably five or so times now. I keep expecting it to get better, and unfortunately — it doesn’t. While the restaurant is beautiful and the atmosphere is nice, the food never lives up to my expectations. I had the pleasure of dining outside during my most recent visit. It was wonderful! My friend and I ordered the cheese plate, the breads and spreads, cheesecurds, pretzel bites, the mac & cheese(on the Starters list), and the turkey sandwich/soup combo(tomato). The cheese plate was fantastic… all the cheeses were enjoyable and I loved the bread and fruit spread that came with it. The other thing I enjoyed were the pretzel bites with the cheesy fondue dipping sauce… it was the best thing we had between the two of us. However, the cheesecurds lacked a good flavor(also needed salt?) and the herb or whatever it is in the breading was too overpowering. The mac and cheese was TERRIBLE! It came with bacon bits and fried onion strings… but lacked sauce or flavor except for onion. It was pretty dry and very bland. Salt was definitely needed, and we only took a few bites and basically boxed up the entire thing to take home. Honestly, I don’t expect this to actually be eaten. My friend stated the soup he had was fairly bland and while he finished it, he said it was mediocre. The bread for his sandwich was extremely hard, and the turkey was very dry. I have also previously had the grilled cheese and tomato soup… disappointing as these too lacked flavor. Another time a friend and I ordered the chocolate mint ‘adult’ milkshakes… For the price, the glass was tiny… they weren’t actually very cold… and the crème de menthe was SUPER overpowering. Unfortunately, we were both disappointed. The presentation is always so beautiful, but I walk away each time wishing everything was seasoned a bit better. The prices are fairly decent, the restaurant is gorgeous, and the waitstaff has always been nice too. Out of the handful of times I have been there, we have never had to wait for a table. I really hope to return to PJ’s to be pleasantly surprised… for now — if I return — I’ll stick to breads, cheeses, spreads and pretzel bites.

We have been to PJs a couple of different times now and each time has been a delight. Last night we decided to take advantage of their outdoor seating. The outdoor seating area is beautifully decorated with fireplaces and ambient lighting. When we go to PJs we like to share an appetizer and pizza. We tried the cheese fondue with pretzel bites and Heirloom Tomato pizza. Both were delicious! Can’t wait to return.

The atmosphere is very«Wisconsin», there are hints of vintage dairy farm in the artwork and décor. But it also has a really cool modern swing to it! The food is your typical American cuisine(nothing overly unique), however they put a twist on it! Each week they have a special loaded up macaroni which has yet to do me wrong. The prices are really reasonable. The wait staff are friendly and timely.

I absolutely love coming to PJ’s! I couldn’t even tell you how many times my husband and I have been here since it opened up. You just can’t beat the prices or the atmosphere here. They also make fabulous drinks(especially old fashioneds) and have a wonderful beer selection. Our favorite appetizer is their local cheese board. It’s different every time we come and it’s always delicious. It comes with three different cheeses, as well as a jam with bread, usually some sort of pickled vegetable and pumpkin seeds. They really do a nice job on it!(The meat board is the same except.well.with meat.) Their pizzas are delicious. We really liked their taco pizza with fish. I never thought I would enjoy a pizza with fish on it… but it was so good! I can’t remember which night that’s a special, though. Thursday’s special of wood oven pot roast is by far my favorite special. It is so tasty and filling. The rest of the specials are good, they just aren’t as knock-your-socks-off good as Thursday night’s.(My husband’s favorite is the grilled pork chop.) I am very picky about my salads, but I love their spinach salad. It’s a really tasty, huge salad. I added chicken to it and couldn’t finish the whole thing(and I have a rather large appetite). Their desserts are wonderful, too. I love their apple pie and local fruit cobbler(it changes seasonally and was always delicious.) I would also like to say, that my husband and I came here for their Valentine’s Day special and we really enjoyed it! They did a very nice job on the decorations and we really enjoyed the menu. We both had the trout and as our entrée and loved it. Hopefully they run this special next year!

I’ve been here twice now and both times I really enjoyed it .the food is really good the atmosphere to me is one of the best around which is relaxing and casual. I would’ve given it five stars but the wait was about an hour long and that’s only because they get good business. Finally call me cheap but I think $ 4.50 for a glass of beer is a bit too high and I don’t care if it’s a specialty beer. Other than that I’ll go back there again
