I ordered from this app, it came fast and when I started eating I was greatly surprised. My wife and I both agreed by far that it is the best in town.

When we first went I was a little concerned that we had just ordered a pizza from a mobile home in the woods. However, I am so glad we did! Do not let the location deter you! This is the best pizza. The crust is perfect. The sauce is not overwhelming but compliments the pizza and other ingredients. There is no excess grease. It’s just perfect. For sure a place you need to try!

Let me start off by saying I’ve been spoiled most of my life with an Italian mother who cooks truly authentic Italian cuisine. I’ve also had the privilege of eating at some of the finest pizzerias across the nation. All this to say, I am a very picky and opinionated eater. To clarify, the pizza served here is the American styled pizza(crust, sauce, bed of cheese, toppings). When I first heard of this place I was certainly surprised to hear of its existence — I’ve lived in Stillwater for years and had never heard of it. None of my friends have tried it, let alone known of its offerings. My wife and I happened to stumble upon its name while flipping through a coupon book. My wife suggested it and I quickly dismissed it as probably another food chain pizza that this town desperately does not need. At this point I decided to call and ask whoever picked up the phone some questions before ordering. Questions like — Do you make your own sauce? What type of oven are you using? What’s the story behind the place? Cindy, herself, then told me the story of how her recipe came to existence and the years behind perfecting the sauce and dough. At this point I was sold on trying it once. We drove to the location but were confused when Siri had led us out to a trailer in the middle of the woods. Something about this added to the mystery of what we had just gotten ourselves into, but we pulled in and we were excited to see if this place was the real deal as it had been sold. Upon walking inside it was clear that this once mobile home had been completely remodeled on the inside to become an impressive full scale pizza kitchen. We caught Cindy on her way to make a delivery and then placed our order inside with the young gentleman who was working the register that night. My wife and I placed our order(a large supreme pizza, the smaller cheese pizza, and an order of garlic knots) and after 15 minutes of friendly dialog with the cook, our order was done. We raced home and dug in. —- The Pizza — The crust — Chewy, yet crunchy, it was not dense, but not too airy, either. It was just right. The brick-oven had served its purpose well here. The cheese — Melted, not burnt. Not super flavorful, and let the rest of the ingredients steal the show. Cooked properly and(surprisingly) no pits of grease. The toppings — Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary, but they were delicious and fresh tasting. A good ratio and spread of all of the ingredients were present. The sauce — Perfection. There was not an overwhelming red wine flavor that often accompanies house made sauces. It was subtle, if even present, in the sauce. Fresh basil, on the other hand, was there to say«hello», and what a pleasant surprise it was to taste it there. Sauces make or break a pizza to me and are an absolute non-negotiable. This one was right on the money. — The Garlic Knots — I’m going to be honest, side items like these hardly deserve a review as they are mostly there as a filler. These deserve a review. These are what the standard should be set against. The bread — Light, yet somewhat dense. Crisp on the outer edges but perfectly chewy in the inside. The garlic butter — Exactly what need to be there, cheese, butter, garlic, salt. The mixture made the knots a little greasy to the touch, but enjoyable none the less. The sauce — Same as mentioned above on the pizza, it’s the golden ticket to success on these things. I personally cannot believe that this place has existed since 2007 and that I’ve never heard of it. I especially can not believe that word has not gotten out on how top notch the food quality of this place is. The staff is beyond friendly, welcoming, and customer service oriented. I would easily say this place is now a go-to best in Stillwater, and it is certainly is a solid competition to the best of what the Mid-West has to offer. I could not recommend this place more and my wife and I are long overdue a return to this brick-oven pizza haven.

We had this for the first time tonight and it was SO good! The garlic knots and the cinnamon knots are out of this world. We will definitely be eating here more often.
