Stayed here for two nights just this weekend, rooms are very clean and very well kept. The breakfast was awesome, the staff were very courteous and welcoming. The pool is very nice and clean. The atmosphere overall is awesome. Great Hotel and definitely would stay here again.

We have stayed here a number of times and have always enjoyed our stay. Rooms are nice, a good size and the pool has a cute OSU logo on the bottom. Breakfast is the standard Hampton one.

I come here once a year on business and stay at this hotel. The property is well kept. Beautiful lobby and meeting/breakfast areas. Nice pool I highly recommend this hotel.

Hampton consistently offers a quality experience and we enjoyed just that during our recent stay in Stillwater. Would I recommend them? Absolutely.

Nice hotel, poor service. We went up to Stillwater not realizing the Special Olympics were going on and all the hotel rooms(at least at the decent hotels) were full. We managed to get a room for the first night but not the second. Given that the nearest hotels were 25 – 30 miles away we asked to be notified if any rooms opened up for the second night. The front desk attendant said he would make sure to let us know. We didn’t hear anything prior to the noon check-out so we went to check out and found an older man trying to get a room for the night. The attendant said the hotel was booked but he would check to see if anything opened up. He came back and told the man he showed up at just the right time because a room had just become available. I figured he would realize he had agreed to notify us, instead he gave the man(who seemed to be a regular) the room. At this point we would’ve accepted an apology about trying to accommodate a regular or forgetting about agreeing to notify us. However, a second attendant came out and asked us if we needed help. We told him we were checking out and explained the situation. Instead of looking into the issue or apologizing he said the other person had a reservation and told us we didn’t understand the situation. Yet we heard all of the conversation and knew the man did not have a reservation. So instead of apologizing for a mistake, the staff decided to lie and treat their customers like idiots. The hotel was nice but I’ll never put family visiting in a hotel that treats their customers so poorly.
