First want to say, I’m rating this in comparison to other holiday inns, not to other hotels. So as far as holiday inn’s go, this one is fancy. I’ve started in several in three states and this one by far is the nicest. The rooms are nicely decorated, in a way that doesn’t scream ‘I was decorated in the 90s’, but instead says I’m fairly new and modern. The fitness center is a little lacking and I wish there was free water with the free coffee. However, everything else is fine.

Nice hotel, poor coffee service. We stayed at this hotel in June 2012. The hotel seems brand new with modern furnishings. Our room was comfortable with great beds and linens. The coffee service was poor, however. I love a complimentary coffee service, but you would be better off not offering coffee service if it’s not executed well. I checked the lobby coffee service twice Saturday morning at 8:10 and 9:00 am and the regular coffee was out both times. Then I ordered coffee at the breakfast restaurant and it was cold. After I pointed this out to the buffet host, she brought me another cold pot. Five stars for me here if the coffee service was even average.
