Thai Loco

I’ve got to give them credit. On my first trip to Thai Loco a month ago, the food was pretty good, but the wait was long (in the hot, hot heat) and there were no vegetarian options, which was a bit of a bummer for a Thai/​Mexican place. But I recently saw on their Facebook page that they not only now offer a veggie curry burrito, but you can even call ahead and they’ll have it ready for you when you arrive. So, I gave it another try and. wow! It was great. Really glad to have this place in Stillwater, and can’t wait to eat there again.

Great food in Stillwater! Although there are no vegetarian options on the menu (I’d love to see that updated), the woman who runs the truck was more than happy to make us a tofu version of the yellow curry burrito. We called ahead (405−808−0056), and she had the burritos hot and ready for us. Each had creamy flavorful curried rice, tofu, broccoli, and cauliflower wrapped inside a toasty yeasty tortillas, served with fresh salsa. Delicious! We’ll be back for sure.

Excellent! If you’re looking for something unique and delicious, look no further. Great combination of flavors in a familiar format (burritos, tacos, etc.).
