My husband and I had been meaning to try this place for a while and now I am sorry that I had not visited this place sooner! It is our new favorite restaurant. The food was incredible and there wasn’t a dish that we didn’t like. We did the all you can eat buffet(served by the Owner who was SUPER nice!) which comes with naan and a samosa(a great way to try a bit of everything). The iced coffee was to die for! Super good tasty Indian food and great service.

Oh my goodness, the food was very tasty! I’m so full and the kids loved it. The all you can eat is a great price. The service experience was great! Very friendly and accommodating:-) Indian food with southern hospitality. We will definitely be back!

I ordered the Beef and mango sauce on yellow rice, Moong beans, Paneer Spinach, Vegetable Samosa. It was excellent. The owner was great explaining everything to me. I’m not a food critic, but I think it was great and tied with the very pleasant staff, I’ll be back.

Decided to try this place out after seeing that it had 4 plus stars… Walked in and was immediately greeted by both of the staff… The food smelled delicious and my taste buds immediately started tingling so there was no walking out! I like the fact that I was able to try all of the entrées before I made my decision(chicken curry, with yellow rice and cabbage and peas)! The curry was amazing… it was really spicy just the way I like it! If you are ever on the south end of Atlanta and want to get a taste of Indian food this place is a must visit! But don’t take my word for it… try it for yourself and you decide… trust me you will not be disappointed! I especially liked that the staff was very knowledgeable about how good the spices they use are good for your health!

Oh, yeah, that place is definitely worth trying and taking-out periodically. It is really express yet the quality is not compromised. I’ve had Indian cuisine buffets before and they were not good(food did not taste fresh). They make the samosas to order, which is good. The samosas, btw, are very spicy, although, if you are a heat-junkie, you’d love them. I loved them too, but could just handle a few bites. A few other dishes were spicy too. They also have an extra spicy chicken dish which I didn’t taste, but if they call something extra spicy but not the samosas, then I am thinking it is too spicy for me. I also tried their ice cold coffee, which according to the guy is «better than Starbucks.’ Well, OK, that’s not a very high standard to meet, let’s be honest. Starbucks coffee sucks(if you are a coffee aficionado you know what I mean). Nevertheless, their iced coffee is pretty yummy(not my kind of coffee, but very tasty). The only con is that the naan bread is extra. Naan should come with the food, but overall they are not expensive. I paid $ 20(with small tip) for a meal for two, and we both ate the leftovers for lunch, so, it was a good deal

This Indian food counter was an unexpected find in Stockbridge. Mom and I decided to give it a try. Fast & fresh is the name of the game, with some tasty creations served in copious quantities. This was a welcome and healthy choice over most other«express» options in the area. Just walk into the place, and your nose will confirm for you how fresh everything is. The staff here loves to talk about their food, which is North Indian cuisine. You’ll find good old-fashioned Dal and Moong among crowd-pleasers like Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala. The menu changes periodically.(Weekly?) Prices are quite reasonable, though naan and samosas are extra. The samosas(veg and non-veg) are a total hit. There are probably a few other surprises on this menu, and I look forward to going back to discover them. Holler if you’re coming with.

Select from several sides and meats that are pre-cooked & kept hot on the steam table. I am not a fan of this type of pre-cooking because, it loses flavor over time and food get overcooked even then. The flavors were spot on and truly enjoyed my meals. I would definitely bump this up if they would cook to order but that may not feasible at this location. 3 Stars for sure and worth trying out.

Let me start off by saying that the customer service was awesome! They let me taste the food before making a decision– who does that? Totally awesome! I’m so glad that Henry/Clayton county finally has some Indian food. Woohoo for that! Now getting to the food– yummy! Great portion size and even better prices. I will definitely be visiting this place again.

Had a most excellent meal there just a few days ago — something I’d been meaning to do for ages now but finally got the chance. The décor was excellent from the art to the music. The food was about as fresh as you could get on top of the friendly service. The variety on hand was certainly interesting — -so interesting in fact that I ate 2 people’s worth of food on that very night! As somebody fairly well versed in spicy foods, I can easily attest to them being on point for both a general audience and people like me — –effective flavor without going nuts on anything, as it should be. All the usual great restaurant checkboxes can be considered duly checked, but more importantly to me is that I perceive the chance of untapped potential within this place as an independent operation — -more visits and much more conversation/my good natured harassment with the people running the place in the times ahead should allow for me to discern that in full, but mainly I’m excited to just run into another place with even a whiff of such possibilities as to open up entire realms of cuisine not readily available to enjoy and experience otherwise. It took all these years for this area to finally get an Indian place, and what a grand arrival we’ve chanced upon.

It is great to see different ethnic food restaurants open right here in Henry County. Indian Food is one of my favorites as well. When you walk in you will notice right away a smile from the people working there… specially from Susan and her business partner Shilpa. The place is about 1500 – 1700 square feet. It has some nice but simple decorations. The style is a bit different than a sit down restaurant. It is more of a buffet style. You choose what combination you want(I chose 2 entrees and 2 sides). The portions are very generous, and the owners are very helpful in explaining what each dish is made of. The food is both, vegetarian and non vegetarian. Every week they rotate recipes so that you are not always looking at the same dishes. My favorite dish the day I visited was Chicken Korma. I also had some lentils and some Naan(Indian Bread). My experience was wonderful. The owner was extremely friendly and gave us some fresh made Indian Samosa(Similar to empanadas). My wife ordered the Mango Lassi, which is made to order with mango pulp and yogurt… it was Amazing. I also notice they have a little salsa bar look alike and Indian beer. Next time I want to order the Rice Pudding, and some more of that Mango Lassi. I will also be purchasing one of their Spice boxes which are also for sale(includes the spices and containers). I also like the fact they open on Sunday’s. I love supporting small privately owned mom and pops restaurants.

Drive through Atlanta from the beach and to the airport… traffic was crazy so we ended up getting off the highway for a bit to have lunch. What a great little restaurant! I had a one entrée/one side meal with naan, amazing food, spicy!, great prices and enough to have left overs! It was quick to get in and out but still enjoy the food! Nice employees, very friendly. Would love to come back next time I’m in Atlanta!
