Awesome customer service. I would recommend this business to anyone. I was in and out no long wait time like most stores and they even let me test out the charger before purchasing it to make sure I was satisfied.

Very helpful always. In and out for remote battery, watch battery. They have lots of batteries from laptops to car to cell phone. Smart cell phone batteries have nfc chip.

Recently my everyday cellphone crashed and I had to travel from Lodi to Modesto to deal with the situation. I don’t own a landline so I have to rely on a back-​up cell for emergency calls to my spouse & doctors. The ER cell died also which left me stressed so I took it to my SP and a guy there recommended Batteries Plus Bulbs to get a new battery since it was an older model phone. Well, I was able to purchase online & pick-​up in store. They sent me an email when it was ready for pick-​up and I only had to show my ID since it was already paid for. I also found that these guys are certified cellphone techs. Anyway… long story short, I’m grateful to Batteris Plus Bulbs for making this experience quick & easy, for having the right battery for an old reliable cellphone that I used for almost 3yrs which is now my reliable ER back-​up. Some may think this is much ado about nothin’ but when you live with multiple diseases, it’s everything when we have to rely on all this new tech these days. Love this place for batteries. I had a watch that was hard to find a battery for. They had it and they put it in for me too! My last place never put it in. Love the light bulbs too. I had to get some.

All the employees were very helpful, courteous and even though they were busy in the store they still acknowledged everyone who came in. I’ll be back!

Purchased a battery for my car and I also had a %10 coupon for all purchased. I asked if I can apply my coupon and the STUPID MANAGER said its only for online. What PISS me off was the fact that he didn’t even try entering the coupon. And the coupon didn’t state that it was only for online. Ugh! Fuckers! –_​_​_​_​–

Love the staff here! They are extremely personable and helpful! Purchased a cell phone battery yesterday come to realize it was my cell that needs replacing. Returned the battery today and without hesitation they refunded my money.
So in turn I had them replace a battery in a wrist watch and a sticky pad for my dash!
Will be back!

This place has it all. I found a watch battery here however they do have everything. They are very courteous and helpful as well.

These guys should be commended. I brought in 8 batteries…4 of which I had purchased two years ago, the other 4 were not sold by them. I had accidentally fully drained my batteries, and had the other four I had replaced. I brought all of them in and they tested and charged them up. They were able to save 6 of the 8 batteries… and they did not charge me anything to provide this service. I was ready to spend money on new batteries, but, because of their efforts, I have fully charged and functioning batteries for my large vehicle. Thanks guys!

I got some adapters here at a good price but moreover the guy who helped me went out of his way to label my adapter for me and tell me about it. It added less than 5 more minutes to my visit but left me happy I didn’t head to best buy… old fashioned customer service here.
