This is a nice, organized place to do all your baby clothes shopping! As a young uncle, not knowing anything about baby sizes i had a little trouble at first looking for what I needed for a new born. Until a manager by the name Rocco helped me pick out the perfect pieces for my nephew. He suggested clothing, appropriate for my nephew making it fast and easy to continue with my day! I will definitely will be returning! Great store with amazing staff and management.

I’m a new mom and I adore the clothes that Carter’s sells but I do not adore the customer service (or lack of) that I have encountered when I step foot inside of this store. Before I was pregnant, while I was pregnant and current; whenever I enter the store I am never greeted or asked if I need any help. I just assumed I didn’t look the part of being a parent but even when I brought my son in the store one time, I still wasn’t acknowledged by the people who worked there.

This is the perfect spot to shop for baby clothes. As a bargain shopper, I was super happy to be able to score great deals while also getting quality clothing.
They have an extensive variety of clothing sets (especially ones for the holidays). Most of their clearance selection was limited in sizing, but I was able to come across a few in the tough-​to-​find 6 & 9 months.
They were having a special promotion was an additional 25% off. Even though I had printed the wrong coupon for that deal, the cashier entered in the code for it. (Yay for fantastic customer service!) I will most definitely be back :)

Love the team here ! Terri, Amanda, Geana, Sara, Julia, are honestly the best! But the one I would honestly go for is Ricco! He’s the best, gave me and my wife good customer service but don’t get me wrong! The whole team is friendly and nice! Never had a run in where they would make me feel uncomfortable in any way! Thanks Carters!

This is a great store with great prices but their customer service is lacking. I was rung up fairly quickly and after being told i couldnt use a coupon my she packed up my purchases and i was dismissed. I wasnt handed a coupon for the next time like the customer got in the register next to me nor was I barely even glanced at. Again this store is clean and their selection great but steady customer service would help. And they dont check for ID in regards to credit cards. Beware.

I have visited this store twice and always get the best customer service. You cannot beat some of the deals. Babies grow so fast, so isn’t doesn’t make sense to spend a lot of money. With Carter’s you can make it.

Carter’s is a sure bet when it comes to baby clothes. The Stockton location does not skimp on sizes! I was able to find what I wanted in the size I needed, no problem! A great shopping experience!
