On the busiest day of the year… Valentine’s day, my order was never delivered. While I understand this day is floral hell, it is completely unprofessional. At 7pm I called asking where my delivery is. They imminently apologized, and when I asked for a refund they did not refuse. They were pleasant and understanding, but I definitely will not be ordering again. I’m completely disappointed, and now have nothing to give my wife for Valentine’s Day.

It may not seem like it at first but THISIS A GOODREVIEW! I had never ordered flowers before but it was my mothers birthday and I’m a long ways from stockton. I placed an order online and got my confirmation. However, the day of I hadn’t heard from the shop nor my mom about the delivery. Long story short, the system was down and I had to reorder over the phone. By that time my moms job had closed so they delivered to the house instead. The wrong order was left on the porch and it had been wind whipped by the time it was received. The next day I called expressing all my frustrations and the delivery guy named Will was so helpful and understanding. He offered me many things for compensation but all I wanted was for my mom to receive gifts at work so they rushed a complimentary delivery of balloons and chocolates to her job. Customer service is everything and I would definitely do business with them again.

There is little I dislike more than ordering flowers from out of town from I shop I am not familiar with. When I called Harding Way Floral, Patsy answered the phone. She answered all of my questions and made ordering an arrangement simple and made me feel confident that she would select and send the right thing. She called me later in the day to tell me that the hospital had no patient by the name I had given them. No. The patient had passed away shortly after I had called her. She suggested that I might want the flowers redelivered to the home. When I told her that I would be glad to pay an extra delivery charge since they had already tried in good faith to deliver the arrangement, she answered in a very kind voice that that would not be necessary. I gladly recommend Harding Way Floral and commend Patsy for her excellent and kind attention.
